I was very impressed when I met with Jackie at Harmony United.
She was very kind.
She explained my condition and why I have the diagnosis that I have.
She helped me understand myself better.
Jackie also explained the medications I have been taking and what they are for.
She explained why I needed them.
She helped me accept who I am.

It seems some of the therapists have a problem keeping their appointments. Sitting in the waiting room I kept seeing people coming in for their appointments and the receptionist telling them it was cancelled but patients kept saying they were never notified. 3 weeks ago I waited for 30 minutes and therapist didn’t show up, last week she canceled then went in today and she didn’t show up again. Cancelled future appointments and looking for new group as they can’t seem to get things together. Real bad experience.

They need to FIX their overseas billing department. They have called me 7 times in a day! At work! Even after I posted no phone calls online.
I have severe anxiety, which is why I seek therapy, and yes I have an account for me, my husband, and my daughter. Sometimes the amount you owe after an appointment doesn't show up immediately, it has to be processed through your insurance first, the first time we went it took their billing department 2.5 months to tell us what we owed, because we didn't know. Suddenly, a FLOOD of phone calls, yelling at me that we are late on payments, that we are 30 days past due! I told them i have been calling every week asking how much is due and they kept telling me zero because it hasn't gone through insurance.
In the middle of an absolute anxiety attack, and 2 days of constant phone calls I paid the full $400, because they wouldn't stop harassing me at work on my cell! Even after I told them I would pay Friday. They are pushy, mean, and harass you.

Their customer service appears to be out sourced and there is definitely a language and cultural barrier. I was called 6 times in one day which I think is harassment for a prepayment of $200.

This place is amazing, the people are compassionated , it’s clean, they are professionals .mom got called fast. Especially Dr. Jackeline . She has a heart of Gold. Thank You ma’am. I would recommend harmony to anyone that needs a place where they treat you with respect n compassion.❤️♥️

I recommend this doctors office. My provider, Jacqueline, is very knowledgeable and listens to me.
My calls to their call center haven’t always been great… however, between my provider, no wait time, the portal and ease of scheduling- the call center is not enough of a concern to not give this place a try.
I want to add, the billing dept isn’t great but it is easy to get an explanation of benefits and coverage.
