I have been seeing Allie for several years I haven’t been in in the last year not that I haven’t tried every time I’ve called for the last 13 months the people who answer the phones to make the appointments are so rude, disrespectful and condescending that I hangup. I am currently searching for a new doctor, which breaks my heart, because Ally is the best nurse practitioner I have ever had. To bad that the people who answer the phones and conduct other business in this facility are subpar.

I called Kim Womack as requested in the reply to this review. I left a voicemail as she was unavailable. To date I have not received a response. This reinforce my original comments.

Customer service staff has zero care for patients i came in for a new patient I was not late 7 min early I was on time I have a broken hand and I have to load my gfs wheelchair and unload my gfs wheelchair b4 I come in they rescheduled me anyways even with a empty waiting room now I'm gonna have to fight with this all over again very unsatisfied if it wasn't for the good doctor I would take my business elsewhere

Kicked out by Brittany Skinner for going to the ER "too much". Because clearly there's a subsect of drug addicts who are too scared to buy from dealers and are trying to scam the medical system that I'm a part of. (As if) This was after a previous near removal because of calling the office repeatedly about there being no plan for withdrawals from removing a medication.

Used to be a good doctors office, now it's gone downhill quite a bit since being aquired by an umbrella company who dictates what the doctors can and can't do (last time I saw my doctor in person he said himself they have their hands tied for specific things due to the acquisition). My last visit was to give a sample to be tested, never saw a doctor or nurse, just me, the front desk, bathroom, and sample container. No one ever contacted me to say the tests were done nor to tell me the test results. After what seemed like more then enough time I went to the app I only use for medication refills and dug around and found my results. Then received my co-pay bill, they had no problem contacting me again and again and again to get paid but couldn't be bothered to contact me in any way, shape, or form to tell me my test had been completed, or with my results, or to even tell me where to find my results, says quite a bit about their priorities.

Worst patient care service ever. After waiting weeks for appointment, confirmed appointment, arrive to appointment only to be turned away due to a mistake on office end for never sending me new enrollment paper work. I would give this office a zero stars if I could to be told after taking off from work and wasting time to arrive to a confirmed appointment that I need to reschedule.. WAIT ANOTHER TIME FOR APPOINTMENT OVER THEIR INCOMPETENCE is ridiculous.. The front desk needs training in how to treat patients with respect, empathy, and not pure rudeness and nonchalant attitude. Wouldn't recommend this facility for my worst enemy. Hate to see doctors bedside manner if this is the way new patients are treated.

I am so happy I found this office. I absolutely love everyone who works in this office. I see Emily Hawkins she is an advanced nurse practitioner. She is so kind and caring. She really listens when you have questions and she gives real answers, she doesn’t beat around the bush, she speaks in a way that I understand. I have recommended to all my friends and family that they go to her. I have had experience with other facilities in the area that were not good. So relieved to have found such a great health care office

Dr. Rockower I've been seeing him for a few years, and he always listens, treats my conditions, and figures out what's wrong. He's intelligent and I don't worry about anything when I'm being treated by him. He is always respectful of our concerns and our time. He has been a wonderful provider both in times of routine and in times of trouble. He is a very concerned and helpful doctor and listens always has followed up on any of my health issues. AS we are getting older and are in need of good advice it is comforting to have someone to go to who cares.
As far as the office, they're very organized, friendly, and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. I think this is a great practice.
I absolutely love this doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Dr Brown and his staff are very personable. They are easy to talk with and they listen. Dr Brown is empathetic, a trait some doctors don't have. His staff makes you feel comfortable and takes their time with you. Dr. Brown also has a nice sense of humor. I always feel like I'm taken care of and comfortable when I leave.
An effort is made to accommodate patients in a timely manner.
