I have not made a decision to purchase yet BUT I will say that when I’m ready I’ll be purchasing from Karen at Hearing Life. She did an amazing job of listening (no pun intended) to my needs and easing my fears. She was patient and professional. She made my visit very easy

Karen makes you feel comfortable from her greeting you to sending you home, ALWAYS well satisfied. She saw us yesterday. One problem was hearing aids beeping four beeps then going to high volume, Karen immediately said, that’s the signal to send them back to the factory. She handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Another customer was also seen and advised to get her ears cleaned so she could conduct the hearing test. She is so knowledgeable and helpful explaining what problems you’re experiencing and how she can resolve them. So glad she’s working there. It took us almost two hours to get there due to foggy weather but such a warm welcome and I forgot about the drive. A true asset for Hearing Life.

Karen was pleasantly professional and did my testing. The machine was brand new and the test was better than last year which was a surprise to me. I am a lifelong hearing impaired with hearing aids and we did discuss in the future of new aids and hopefully the law changes for Medicare patients. Job well done Karen!!

Good hearing test experience. Not there to purchase new hearing aids. Was offered two options and levels of aids. The conversation changed when we wanted to review the offer and not purchase an expensive item on an initial first office appointment.

Truly enjoy going to Hearing Life. Friendly staff greets you and the doctor is caring and thorough. She takes her time and I believe truly cares. I would recommend Hearing Life to any of my friends and family.
