This office and Jose Mercado were professional from start to finish in giving me a diagnosis and the best of care. I wasn’t rushed through and all of my questions were answered. The office staff was courteous and professional and I was given an appointment less than a week after calling. I highly recommend this group and I drove a bit to get here, well worth it!

Both times that I have been there I have been extremely pleased with my results. I really like Dr Reynolds, his mannerisms, being understandable as you are explaining your situation and giving you results. Everyone I encountered was pleasant.

You cannot call and speak to anyone at this office. Ever. It goes to a tree that takes you to the doctor you are seeing and then you have to leave a message. My husband was told to have an MRI and it was scheduled at a facility that no longer took our insurance. Oir insurance is Florida Blue Medicare Advantage. That was a month ago. We have yet to get a call back telling us where they want us to go. We have left 5 messages on their voicemail for the doctor. Very disappointing that you cannot talk to anyone. Not sure what we are supposed to do.

Dr. Jose Jiron is a great doctor. He is polite, professional, very knowledgeable as well as thorough. I feel I am in good hands when I see him. The good doctor, nursing staff and all the staff at Ocala Ear, Nose And Throat are A#1 in my book. Much appreciated.

I brought my three week old baby here to get his tounge cliped because he was tounge tied and I have to say the staff and Dr. were absolutely amazing! They were very caring and did a fantastic job with him and the procedure. It took about 5mins and now he latches on for best feeding perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here if you need your baby or child to have a procedure done.

Please BEWARE. We've previously posted displeasure with this office staff's incompetent and neglectful way they treated us repeatedly. Rather than addressing these continued complaints just read the other reviews anyway the Dr's ego was obviously injured as he fired my husband as a patient rather than educating his staff. So if this place is your only choice.....don't post a bad review. We are Please with our new ENT and the staff is top notch there so bye bye bye EGO.

I kid you NOT. I’m impressed with the organization and speed I was witnessing, I’m all the years I’ve been going to doctors for family practice to specialists, these guys ROCK ! I was seen at my time ( if not earlier - got my papers and checked out within 35-40 min. That’s a record time from ALL my appointments!
Thanks you yall. Looking forward to the next step( hoping insurance makes it affordable) I NEED INSPIRE, in my life ! 😉
