La Dr Amanda is the doctor that any human being would like to have at their side while they are sick. She is an excellent human being and professionally very well prepared. I recommend this place and these doctors. The service is excellent from the receptionists to the medical assistants. Dr. Johnson is excellent as well. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

I was concerned when my husband's insurance sent him here because the doctors are in their residencies and are supervised by attending physicians. However, we have been very impressed by the resident doctors, especially Dr. Saleh. She takes the time to actually listen to what we say and she's obviously very competent. She is always prepared for the appointment and it's clear that she has reviewed all of the notes from previous doctors and test results.

We have never had any difficulty scheduling prompt appointments, including for the following day and it's easy to get the referrals to the specialists he needs to see. If you are frustrated by doctors who don't even know your name and rush through your appointment to get to the next one, you will be very happy with this practice and their doctors and staff.

I do appreciate this facility. They are definitely not the usual Doctors Office. They respect your time and theirs. Your appointment time is when your visit begins. Everyone is welcoming and very professional. The care is exceptional, the place is spotless and you can actually ask a question or a few questions and get an answer that you can understand and feel stupid. I recently moved to Florida and am trying to establish care with a new provider. I am due for an annual check-up, so when I called this facility, I specifically mentioned that I was looking to establish care and that I needed an annual check-up. I also communicated this to the resident doctor during my visit.

After waiting an hour for the final health plan and next steps, I completed all the required medical procedures for the routine exams. However, I later received a bill for $180.63. I have PPO insurance, and annual check-ups are considered preventative care, which should be covered at no cost.

When I contacted my insurance company, BCBS, I was informed that this facility did not code the visit correctly, which is why I received the bill. This situation seems like insurance fraud, and I have filed a complaint with my insurance to address it. Additionally, there seems to be a disconnect in communication among the staff at the front desk.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking care.

My appointment today was excellent. My primary care doctor was very caring and understanding. The other staff members were very helpful and professional. I always have a great experience on all my visits. My doctor is very thorough. She listens carefully to me and offer expertise recommendation.
