Chris is an amazing and skilled massage therapist that I have been going to for 15 years on and off.

I like that he tailors each appointment to whatever is bothering me, and when I walk out, I feel much better.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone else, don’t even shop around or look around. This is the place to go. Caito is the man, known him a long time. He’s very professional, passionate, knowledgeable, and good at what he does. I’ve had some issues with my arm for a few weeks now. He not only relieved a lot of the tension but gave me pointers on how to prevent it from happening again. He helped get me in a direction to treat the root of the problem not just the arm pain.

Awesome small business where each client is treated like an individual and you get taken care of based on your particular needs. They are always booked so it may be hard to get an appointment on short notice but when something opens up, the schedule is always up-to-date; very efficient. They are also very professional and treat your respectfully, but also make you feel like family. Chris listens to your areas of concern and addresses them, but also uses his knowledge of the human anatomy and his experience to find the root causes and address those issues as well. Would definitely recommend paying him a visit!

Impact Wellness is great! I have a chronic problem with my right shoulder, and Chris really helped me in my first session. He's very knowledgeable about bodywork, and explained everything he was doing both before the massage and during the motions. We did some assisted stretching during the massage and he also did some teres work that I've never had done during a massage before. Looking forward to my next session!
