I had a very disappointing experience with Nicole. Initially, I had a lip enhancement using Botox, which immobilized the muscle above my upper lip, making it appear fuller. That procedure went well.

However, a few months later, I decided to get lip augmentation with filler Juvederm Ultra, and the results were terrible from the start. My lips were asymmetrical and lumpy. I reached out to Nicole, and she told me to come in. I asked if the filler needed to be dissolved, but she said no. Instead, she simply punctured the lumps with a needle and squeezed out the substance—an absolutely unprofessional and horrifying approach.

Also, the pain relief cream was terrible.

This “fix” didn’t work at all, and my lips remained uneven with bumps. I felt awful and didn’t even want to go out in public.

In the end, another specialist advised me to dissolve the filler completely, which I did. After that, I had my lips redone properly, and they finally looked smooth and natural.

Nicole never refunded me for the botched procedure or acknowledged the emotional distress she caused. I do not recommend her at all.

I’m grateful to have found nurse Brooks she truly cares about her clients well-being. Evaluating each individual skillfully rather than pushing services. She will never tell you what you NEED to do and that’s something I haven’t experienced anywhere. Not to mention quality of product. I strongly believe my previous aesthetician was giving me watered down product after getting the treatment here. Wow such a difference.
