Count on Us assisted with medical transport between facilities and at discharge, and we've been using their services ever since. The drivers are very professional and treat passengers like they would want their families taken care of, so the service is fantastic. We've not dealt with late appointments, missed appointments, or even late pickup. The vehicles are clean and maintained. Communication is also on point and it's super easy booking. Truly they live up to their name, and I will continue to count on them for our NEMT needs.

This company was recommended to us by Pruitt Skilled Nursing facility. We hired them to transport my mother from the facility to home. The driver was absolutely the kindest, most gentle lady you could ask for. My mother was in a lot of pain and nauseated. She prayed for her and took her time driving as not to cause more discomfort. I wish I would have gotten her name. True customer service like this is hard to find these days!

Brenda was very professional, attentive, and helpful to our 83-year-old immobile mother as she transported her in her wheelchair to and from surgery and to and from two post operative appointments. kindness, and care was absolutely great. The company showed up early at our mother's home for a scheduled pickup for each transport. We felt my mother was safe and sound, and in great hands with this team. I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful this medical transport company is. They're everything you could want: professional, efficient, quick, excellent drivers, reliable, their vans are very clean and have all the amenities, the people are friendly, and the owner is a delight! My procedure required anesthesia, and all my friends work or are taking care of an elderly loved one, so no one could pick me up from the clinic, which resulted in my using Count On Us, and I'm so glad! They even have gurney transportation! I will be using them for my 2nd procedure. Don't hesitate to rely on them. I would've given them 6 stars!
