would give a half star if i could because at the bare minimum, i got the medication i needed. but they don’t answer the phones. ever. i’m always the middle man when it comes to getting medications refilled because they don’t know how to send prescriptions to pharmacies correctly. they also don’t know how to properly communicate (or send faxes?) with insurance companies, leading to weeks of limbo waiting for a medicine that’ll get your life back on track. my psychiatrist, ms. miriam, ended up retiring and the front desk never called me to let me know. what’s more is that they didn’t even tell me before i walked into the room for my appointment (appointments were ALWAYS over zoom), and i saw a man on the screen that i had never seen before. i remember making it a point when i began going to fts that i only wanted a female psychiatrist. that was obviously ignored. he never referred to any of my prior medical records, and completely ignored ms. miriam’s notes. essentially told me to stop talking quite a few times “so the appointment could go faster”. did i mention the new psychiatrist doesn’t even live in florida? poor communication overall, especially with patients. take your money and time elsewhere because they do not care about your mental health or general wellbeing.

DO NOT GO. I read through the reviews and thought it can't be that bad. Do NOT waste your time or money. The staff is incompetent. They have no idea how to handle scheduling or the severity of running out of your medication. Your insurance company will have several options to choose from--do not waste the money you could be spending on actual care at a place that will turn your life into turmoil. The doctors are not even showing up to appointment but patients are expected to drive to the practice while their doctor zooms from home. If you do request a zoom appointment then they will mess up the appointment and make you miss it. Doctors are not even listening to the required psych appointment that you have to make to even see someone. They completely disregard what you are saying and have even told us to "stop talking because it's my turn" when asked a question. I can not stress this enough- you do not deserved care like this. No one does.

If your tying to be a new patient here I feel sorry for you . The people who work the front desk should be fired . No professionalism at all. When they don’t know something which is 95% of the time they won’t call you back like they say or find out the answers you need. You’re just another name to them they can hang up on.and you have to explain yourself over and over if you call back. I suggest calling The corporate office in Panama City and let them know what’s going on, people deserve good health care, they pay good money for it . But once you do get in the nurses and staff do there job and are very polite.

Had issues reaching a nurse or doctor several times while needing a critical medication refilled. The lack of communication with clients can be life threatening in this field and they need to do better - period.

Don’t waste your hard earned money here. This practice is a total scam. I had my initial intake meeting back in March. Since then I’ve received a bill in the mail and nothing else. They were supposed to contact me to set up an appointment, and never did. I contacted them three times over the course of the following months to remind them I need an appointment. I was told the first two times that someone would be in touch, and that I could do tele-therapy meetings due to the pandemic. The third time I called, I thought I was finally making progress when the receptionist said she’d set up a meeting for me right then. I was then informed that I would have to come meet in person due to some ill-defined policy the receptionist couldn’t clarify for me.

I need to see a therapist, but I’m not risking my health to do so, especially after I was told twice the appointment would be done telephonically.

They won’t care for you as a patient or set up your appointments, but they’ll send you the bill for intake meetings that lead to nothing.

This practice is a racket. Seek your mental health help elsewhere.

This office is Unprofessional, neglectful, fraudulent, and severely lacks care for patients. My therapist left months ago so the office was suppose to match all of her patients with other therapists. It took over 6 weeks to place me with someone else in their practice but I still didn’t get a call to set up an appointment. After 4 weeks and no counselor, I asked for my records. They didn’t return calls about them and refused my records to me multiple times. I finally reached the director and had to argue for my records which were ready several days later. So After two months without care, I finally had my records in hand!!! By then my mom went into the hospital, she was hospitalized for almost two months and passed away so I haven’t been able to find someone else for 4 months! Don’t trust this place with your mental health! My counselor was good and is the only reason I stayed so long!

Was placed on hold 4 times to make appointment. Someone by the name Brittany, kept being placed on hold until time ran out and had to leave message. Over 45 minutes and no appointment made due to them shutting down phones at 5:00.

Big scam. The Marianna office I went to and they put me in with aNP for my first visit. She messed up my medications didn't refill them and took me off a medicine I have been on for years. She did a intake on me. They didn't even have my previous Dr records. She looked up another patients file to compare to mine because it didn't state on my record the reason why. I have been trying all month to reach someone to fix this situation so when I go see a real therapist my medications will be correct. She didn't follow thru with anything. Used her own judgement to change my medication without by history and the medication she couldn't even figure out how to put it into the system correctly so now I am doing without my medication. Seriously dangerous to us with serious medical issues to have all that stress added to my anxiety and State of mind. I just get kicked to one person to the next. No one will fix her mistake or really listen to my complaint. Going to file a complaint with the board of medicine and the people for the disabled. Very upset
