This place is trash, don’t waste your time. I was assisted by Dr.Dabul who told me just to give him a call when the meds run out. He did not inform me he would be going on vacation. When I called Banyan, I was told he was out. When I said he didn’t tell me, the lady I spoke to (Secretary? Not sure, someone with an attitude problem apparently, I think her name was Tanya or Tayina)… She told me, “Well, he’s not going to call all of his patients to inform them that he’s going on vacation.” Excuse me? First of all, I never said that he should, and secondly, how are his patients supposed to know if he doesn’t tell them? Also lady, thanks for the attitude. Now I am out of medication, and I am being told no one can help me even though the only option I was given was to call when it ran out. When I informed this RUDE lady that I cannot function without it, she told me, “If you’re having withdrawal, you need to call someone else.” WOW!!! The meds are NON-stimulant and NOT a controlled substance! Then I was informed that my only option would be to call my insurance company to switch my primary doctor and that I would HAVE to go without my meds. Nice. I hung up and then she called back stating she could have a doctor contact me in 20 minutes. Thinking this ridiculous situation might be resolved, she called me again telling me that the doctor doesn’t “feel comfortable prescribing this medication.” This non-stimulant, non-controlled substance. Great!! When I asked her what to so, she told me I’d have to see my primary care provider. Well, looks like I’ll be going without my medication for a few weeks. No big deal, right? How are these people still open and how many lawsuits are in the works? AWFUL!!!!! How can any doctor’s office do this to a patient? And for a non-controlled substance? What a joke! Don’t waste your time with this trash place…

First time coming here and the staff is fabulous very helpful and the doctor actually listened to me and helped me, sent my rx straight to the pharmacy! Thank you all for everything I look forward to my appointments

Since we started going here for the pediatric psych in February there has been non-stop issues. The biggest one? They NEVER send the prescriptions over. It usually takes multiple calls to get them to send it after the appointment. I once had to ask them for a week to fax over a prescription. How this place operates is ridiculous.

Don't waste your time, this place changes your appointment date last minute to whatever day they feel like and doesn't even let you know they changed it. I only found out because I called about something else.

I went here for an assessment and had a great experience with the assessor. Shes amazing. My major issue is with the woman in medical records who is an extremely rude individual.

Banyan treatment center is the best place to go if you’re looking to get clean. As a client I was treated with the best level of care by the staff. I was able to get a life second to none.And I’m so grateful for banyan and the staff who helped me get to where I wanted to be!

Very unprofessional no one knows what is going on and everyone is a different page. I couldn’t receive a simple appointment by phone. It’s horrible the service.
