Brought a patient here for an MRI needed to diagnose severe back pains.
Waited in these uncomfortable seats for more than an hour and a half with no explanation for the delay other than "we're busy".
I do not recommend this facility. They don't care about patient's time or comfort.

"Unacceptable wait times and disorganized queue process. We had an appointment, but still had to wait indefinitely. I had to ask staff how much longer we'd need to wait. This facility needs to respect patients' time and streamline their processes."

Walk into the wrong location walked out feeling well taken care of. It was busy and I was confused about which location my appointment was located in. The manager at the Oakland Park Akumin not only recognized my distress but assisted me with checking in. She was able to get me transfered over to the facility I was currently in so I wouldn't have to reschedule the appointment. I was shortly seen after that. The way she handled the busy office and her team was impressive. I did not get her name but thank you so much. I'll follow up an edit post. However, wanted to praise this office because throughout the chaos they're still winning in customer service.

A big thank you to the staff that served me, and those I came in contact with. They are pleasant, kind and very helpful. Special thanks to Lynn, Stephanie and Ray who went the extra mile in their service by showing they care and understand the need of a customer. The ladies on the front desk are very caring and compassionate. I am afraid of going into the MRI machine and they took the time out to encourage me that it will be ok. The technician was amazing and calm me through my fears. Thank god for them, I would not have done it without them.

The only issue I had is that I had no idea there was more than one office. I received two different texts from two different people. So when I arrived at one office none of my paperwork was there and I wasn't seeing I had to come back and reschedule. Other than that everything was fine.

I was impressed with the staff I interacted with, nobody was rude. I had a little wait for appointment, which for me is understandable, considering I got there at time of appointment, and can’t blame the staff for my time going in for procedure considering the first time at a faculty I needed to fill out info, and should have been there earlier in order to go in at specific time given. I definitely would refer to people I know.
