I had a procedure at Coral Ridge Outpatient today. The Center is fantastic. Everything from check-in to post op was extremely professional. My pre-op Nurse Sheila was absolutely fantastic, professional, caring, simply the best. Wendy my recovery nurse was also exceptional in every aspect. I cannot say enough about the experience. I highly recommend using Coral Ridge.

Had a colonoscope / endoscope yesterday with Dr. Kotches . Everything couldn`t have been better until the end . If you end up with Sasha in recovery , I`d recommend you ask for another nurse . I woke up to her after anesthesia, Asked If I had a cell phone and told me to call my ride for pick up ( They require you provide that info when you get there and THEY are supposed to make that call ) . She then asked if I wanted a muffin and something to drink . I said yes , I`d have a muffin and apple juice . She brought both and put them on the bed then walked away . I had a few sips of the juice but couldn`t get the muffin out of the packaging ( I was still a bit disoriented from the Anastasia ) so I set both on the table by my bed . When she returned she picked up the muffin and Juice can and threw them both in the trash . Without having food for over twenty hours I wanted that damn muffin .
I got dressed and went to the front to be released . She never spoke to me after that . I herd other nurses attending to other patients that had also just gone through the same procedure and herd them interacting . Letting them know they had contacted the person coming to get them , providing instructions as to what to do and what to eat when returning home . Sasha did none of this ! This woman needs to be retrained on procedure's at the facility and patient care . The rest of the staff I encountered were outstanding .I only hope the power that be read this ! Our businesses and reputation are reflected by our staff that our clients / Patients encounter .

Get ready to wait hours to be seen! It seems they overbook to make more money in the day because there’s no reason to have multiple patients waiting for a procedure within such a short timeframe, knowing they will NOT be seen at their scheduled time. Then they rush you around once you’re inside! And to top it off, they didn’t even call me once it was time for my mother to get picked up, she had to text me herself! Why have her list my number so many times if they won’t bother using it? I called to ask why my mother was the one who had to notify me and recovery told me “yeah well you’re already outside so it’s fine. We do that sometimes”. NEVER AGAIN!

This facility is exceptional! First, Dr. Singer is an outstanding surgeon. Second, the overall atmosphere is very calming and uplifting with lots of friendly conversations between patients and staff. Third, the entire staff from admission to discharge is friendly, caring and sincere. I felt more comfortable here than other facilities I've been in. 20 stars!!!

This facility is a very bad facility (Read On) This facility is suppose to call patients a week in advance, but the nurses don’t call until a few days before your surgery then they try everything under the sun to get your surgery canceled. I believe they over book this facility with to many doctors doing surgery for that day so they need to figure out a way to cancel surgeries and costing the patient and the insurance more money because pre-ops have to be done again.
They also try to add on extra test and doctors visits when it is not requested on the pre-op form nor is it needed. All they are doing is a delay tactic due to them overbooking. When they cancelled my trial surgery asking for a Cardiologist approval, I got that and all pre-ops done again only to find from my Cardiologist that there was no reason for them requesting it. My heart was great. These people are a scam and doctors should stop using them!!!!!!
Then when it came time for my actual outpatient procedure the facility pulled the same crap by adding on doctors and test 2 days before surgery which cancels it again. Causing pre-ops to be done again and more in-necessary doctors visits that were not on pre-op. Causing insurance and patient more time and money. Also when you have a surgery booked the nurse is supposed to call a week in advance to go over everything with you. Not 2 days before surgery. You are also supposed to have a preop form in hand of what meds you are allow to take and what not to take along with day of surgery things to be done. I have nothing.

I was happy with the facility, the nurses and doctor. However, after confirming everything was in network with my insurance (I called my insurance as well). My plan was confirmed to cover my preventative screen and my cost would be ZERO. A month after I received a $1,464 out of network bill for "St. Lucie Anesthesia Associates" which was out of network and denied. Still trying to resolve it.

Outstanding facility and staff. A seamless process. Tina and Minerva were wonderful nurses and Dr. Roddy and Erika provided excellent anesthesia. Great team work.

Had a colonoscopy here recently with Dr. C. Hotte. This facility's process and staff were first class: punctual, prepared, warm/friendly yet professional, and empathetic.
