I love Lifestance. I've been using Lifestance for all my therapy needs for 4 years. I like that I can look through all the therapist and read about them. I can chose the therapist I think I'll get along with best. I love my therapist Yulonda! I feel she goes above and beyond her duty. She feels like a good friend!
Appointments are easy to make. I can do video appts from my cell phone or laptop from anywhere that's convenient for me. I can message my therapist anytime of day for questions or refill needs. I can chose the length of my appointment as well. I love how easy it is and that it's covered by my health insurance. I highly recommend Lifestance Health and definitely recommend Yulonda!
