I’ve been in therapy for decades and never felt like it was “working” for me. I kept trying, little did I know it was because I never found the right therapist… until Val.

I found out about her through a friend who was in couples counseling with her. I watched their marriage transform. They went from a couple people had difficulty being around, due to the way they treated each other in public, to one of the most balanced marriages I know. I was like “I NEED to know who you’re seeing” and immediately reached out to Val, then fired my previous therapist after our first session together.

She has a divine sense and knows exactly how far to push someone to grow at the speed they’re able to handle, based off of where they are. She does all things with empathy and love. She is the first therapist I’ve ever found who spent time encouraging me in a way that really broke through some of the trauma pain I had been dealing with, instead of just focusing on “fixing” the trauma… she is a friend and confidant to her patients; and it’s genuine.

Other therapist I’ve been to have not been in the room with me at moments, some of you know what I mean, I could feel them energetically check—out during a session. Not Val. I honestly don’t know how she does it. I could never do what she does. Every single person I know who has been to her has the exact same story. We all love her and feel like we are growing thanks to her gift.
