After many years of being a patient at this clinic (They were Northwest Family when I started going there) I was told that I could no longer be seen because they no longer accept my insurance and paying out of pocket wasn’t an option. This was the only clinic with physicians I felt comfortable with and now I have to start all over. So much for loyalty. TERRIBLE!

I could go on and on about how she takes her time, knowledgeable, educated, thorough, helpful, etc… The most important part is that she genuinely cares about people and their health. I don’t see the MD, I see her.

Over the phone and in person the staff has always been nice, thorough and attentive.

Doctors
I can’t review the actual Drs because I’ve never met any of them. The only time I seen one (for a brief 1 minute) is when Jocelyn called a Dr in the room because of an emergency.

Worst Doctors Office Ever! I recommend each and every patient to have access to their patient portal. On two different occasions I have been under read my results from blood work taken from this office. Thank Goodness for my other Doctors who play a major role in making sure my results were reiterated to me in a way that was understood. Just weeks ago I was so weak and didn’t understand why. I went in and had some blood work done. I was told everything looked good. I could barely get out of bed. I called back just for them to tell me my ferritin levels was a 14, 16 being the lowest.

Who is the Doctor at this office? I’ve never seen Him /Her have you?

On Another Occasion I payed For a doctors visit, the physician never sent over my prescription to the pharmacy knowing I was on my last script. I called several times asking about the prescription and everyone I spoke with said they would have it sent to the pharmacy. Whole time they had sent me a certified letter stating I could no longer come to this office in regards to having a history of being rude to the receptionist. Lies! Y’all are just prejudice. The fact that I made sure that y’all did your job right when it came to me didn’t sit well with y'all. So you made up a lie to get rid of me. Still no prescription filled weeks later. So now that I can no longer come back, I had to chase these people for a refill that should have already been sent to the pharmacy. This way I could’ve went on about my business because I was already looking for another doctor. Please people don’t even waste your time. Especially with the elderly. These people need to be retrained or fired either one is fine. The only good receptionist was Kelly. She was Awesome!

It’s so much more I can say but I’m done. This office is definitely in it for the money and not the people.

Customer service here is awful. I was a patient here for 7 years and recently lost my insurance and no showed a few appointments for medical reasons. She didn’t care to explain and provided no solution, just attitude, told me I’m no longer a patient and that’s that. Just miserable energy the moment you pick up the phone. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.
