Nice try Dr Noh. When I began the process to create a review of my wife’s most recent visit, I indicated a rating of one star. When I followed the prompts to create the review, I was not lead to this forum but rather to other unrelated websites. I repeated the sign in process two more times with the same result.

Then I wondered what would happen if I indicated a five star rating. Miraculously I was directed to this forum immediately. Nothing like censoring and blocking unfavorable reviews to build trust and esteem within the medical community.

On the day in question, my wife had an appointment to see Dr Noh following her discharge from the hospital. In fact the hospital staff scheduled the appointment as discharge procedures mandate that she see her primary care physician within a few days. When my wife arrived
At Dr. Noh’s office, a technician took her vital signs and escorted her to an examination room. Thirty minutes later, an ARNP came in and within less than five minutes, told my wife that she would write the order for labs and that my wife should make an appointment to see her endocrinologist.
That concluded the medical service for my wife.

No chance to see Dr Noh and explain in detail what
the hospital physicians had told her caused her hospitalization. Rather less than five minutes with an ARNP to write an order for labs and a verbal referral to her endocrinologist.

When we arrived home, I called the office to inquire why Dr Noh was not available for an appointment set by hospital staff indicating the urgency of the follow up visit. I spoke with Dr Noh’s
Wife who is the office manager. I asked why my wife was not allowed to see Dr Noh, his wife replied that Dr Noh was booked for three months. I then asked why was the appointment scheduled for the day of my wife’s visit if the doctor was booked up for three months. Her reply was the ARNP was very good. I answered that the ARNP was not Dr Noh. His wife then suggested that we could find another doctor if we were not satisfied with my wife’s treatment. I informed Dr Noah’s wife that we had already decided never to return and that we would in fact select a new primary care physician.

Iris, the office manager, was EXTREMELY rude and should not be in a position to deal with people. She accused me of no showing three times (I did not and had told her to tell me the dates and she couldn't because I didn't), proceeded to say "we don't want you as our patient" when all of this completely blindsided me. There was a problem with my insurance which I didn't know about until this call, and she just kept repeating I owe $100, and I was asking her "if I get it figured out with my insurance, will that help?". She has caused many problems with the other doctors I've had to go through when they've had to call her too. She is very unprofessional and I cannot believe someone like her works in a situation with people. All she had to say was to check with my insurance and call back and we can set up a plan, but instead she was so rude and unprofessional I was left crying and to put into simple terms, just flabbergasted at the audacity of this person.

The referral coordinator is very rude. Calling from a provider's office trying to get an updated and corrected authorization for a mutual patient just to get attitude and hung up on is very unprofessional. I called back to make sure the situation could be fixed for our patient and sent me straight to voicemail. The front desk on the other hand is great! Super nice, helpful and very professional.

I don't know why this haven't been updated , but I spent years with one Dr . Pearla Inacay , she retired and I prayed that God give me one like I had . It's very important to have a Dr . Who sits and listen to your needs and concerns Dr Noh do just that . He keeps up with my Health concerns . The office Management is awesome , you can't find a better team or Dr .I this point I'm forever grateful and thankful for them all!! Best regards Adrina Allen

This office is a complete disaster. The medical assistants are treated with no respect especially from the office manager Iris. I have seen her yell at her medical assistants in a condescending and nasty tone that should not be tolerated anywhere. I feel for the employees working here and I saw multiple instances where staff members were publicly humiliated and degraded, which is not only unprofessional but possibly violates workplace ethics laws. The behavior from management is completely unacceptable and I recommend NO ONE to come to this office. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and I hope Iris takes some notes.

Dr. Noh has been an excellent Doctor to my father, and his office is very easy to get in touch with. They are also prompt to call back on any issues. Unlike so many other Doctor's offices in Tampa they seem to actually care about the patients, and providing good customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Family member has been seeing Dr Noh for a few years; they have never felt truly cared for or listened to by their doctor. He will send you for tests and never call with the results, never schedules a follow up and advises you go for the exact same test when you do finally see him because he somehow didn't realize he had sent you out already. If you're healthy and need minimal care then he might just be the doctor for you.

I met with Dr. Noh today and he’s extremely friendly and professional!
His staff of Iris, Melanie and Evelyn, etc. are a great asset to this office.
They are very knowledgeable and friendly and cater to all your needs!
I look forward to going to this doctor for many years. I would recommend him to anybody seeking a great primary care physician.
