What this clinic does is absurd. They have 2 phone numbers, you keep calling them all the time and no one returns your call. You pay for the consultation online and when the day of the appointment arrives the doctor doesn't call. You wait all day to be seen. I don't understand why they have 2 phone numbers and no one answers. I'm angry about all this because I paid for the consultation and they don't return my call.

I scheduled an appointment for the 20th at 7 pm and they didn't call me to make the appointment. I've been trying and still no one has answered me. I've already left a message for the doctor, the secretary, and everyone else and they haven't answered. I want my money back, not even that. They say they'll do it. I don't recommend it to anyone. Be careful with this company.

I’ve waited over 3 weeks before coming here. I usually don’t write negative reviews but felt like I needed too. Waited over 30min on the zoom meeting with no one joining the meeting. Called the office and the secretary reschedule for the same to happen. I’ve been calling for the past week and nothing has been done. I’ve asked to be rescheduled and the secretary advised not to bc same will happen. Asked for a refund and they said they weren’t able to do it, Dr Garcia is the only one that can refund but he is not responding, I have no option other than disputing the charges since I cannot complete an appointment. I’ve tried everything I could before writing this review or disputing a charge. On the website slots are still available and they keep taking appointments knowing it’s not going to happen

Extremely disappointed. Paid for an appointment. No one showed up on Zoom. Eventually got a phone call from the doctor. Was given an Rx. I've been unable to fill said Rx as "Dr. Garcia" does not respond to texts or phone calls from me or his office. I've spoken to Deloni in the office multiple times over the past few weeks. Complete waste of time, money and energy. Go elsewhere for your medical care. Only giving one start because zero stars is not an option.

Dr Garcia and his staff are amazing! They are always available for myself and my family. They are so knowledgeable and understanding. One of the greatest compliments I can give them is that not only do they listen to you but they hear you! My husband had swelling in his leg, called the office and they brought him in right away, did an ultrasound and found that he had blood clots. Intervention was started right away and I truly believe they saved his life. My 3 adult children see them as well. They are great about calling in refills and are so easy to talk to. They always follow through and I just can't say enough great things about him and his staff. If you want a doctors office that cares about you and your needs, this office is the BEST!!! Dr. Garcia.... thank you for everything you do for me and my family!
