God bless everybody that works here. I was a little anxious because of how many bad comments I read here, but I don’t know if it’s just a matter of day and maybe (like everybody including myself, sometimes we’re not having the best day) but I had such a wonderful experience here today. From the door, to everybody that helped me they were all so friendly and warm. I came in 1 hour earlier and of course, doesn’t cost anything to also say good morning, thank you and smile at them. Usually I wouldn’t comment on this but I really had to. Amazing people 🙂 thank you, made me start my day good!

What a joke. Wait in line while nobody is working inside. You make an appointment and wait outside in a line so a lady can let you in an hour later so you can wait in another line inside to get a ticket then you sit down and “you guessed it” wait for you ticket to be called. Our government infrastructure is much worse than I thought.

I went twice in 4 months to this office, and the ladies at the front were very nice. The lady who took my biometrics was also very pleasant. I got there late and was panicking, and they assured me I would get through nonetheless. My experience on both occasions was very good despite the wait.

Now this is why you shouldn’t listen to people find things out for yourself. Don’t get me wrong everyone has their own bad experiences the 3 ladies and the young man that work 08/10/23 they gave the best services to me! they greet everyone n get the job done on time. Yes!! I wait in line but that’s okay. I had a late appointment (same day) but was there earlier n they didn’t treat me any different from other person in line. They open at 8:00 am n I was done by 8:38 am. If no one has……let me……you guys are doing a phenomenal job keep up the good work!!

Worst place to have fingerprints appointment, people are rude and act like they are superiors….

TOOK MORE THAN 90 MINUTES TO COMPLETE THE FINGERPRINTS WHICH I HAD TO ASK MORE TIME FROM WORK.

At the end they give you a survey to complete it next to them so that causes that you won’t be able to mark what you actually feel.

"JOIN THE LINE" that's what you're going to be told even if you made an appointment. Avoid this place at all cost and schedule your appointment somewhere else more civilized.

It doesn't matter how many years passed, but every time I visited for myself or with family/friends, the people working here receiving people at the door were rude. Today is not an exception, as always.
Most of the people doing an immigration process are nervous and ask questions out of fear or lack of knowledge. If you work here and "is too early for this father." praying and hoping not to be here at 8:00 am, hey! QUIT, and not use the benefits of the job the government gives you. If not, then treat people at least with a pleasant manner and a friendly posture for them to feel safe.
