I received excellent care. Started with the front desk, young lady. She was kind enough to get a wheelchair for me and even willing to push me where I needed to go. The MRI tech was wonderful too very very kind. I would definitely use this facility again

Front desk was very nice and Charlie the tech that did my CT scan was amazing, very knowledgeable he explained everything that was going to be done in detail. He was very comforting. Thank you Simon med for a nice experience!

My experience was a good one. I waited for 15 minutes, but once I went in for the screening it went by fast. Isa, my mammo tech, was friendly, professional, and quick. Thank you for making an annual screening, I don’t particularly look forward to, nor do I think any woman does, a pleasant one.😊

Whilst I had a good experience with the staff and tech at this facility it irked me to be asked to turn up 15 minutes before my appointment only to find the doors locked. The door wasn’t opened until 7 minutes prior to appointment time. It was 32 degrees outside and there was no heating on inside the facility. Although my appointment was the first of the day, I wasn’t called back until 15 minutes after my appointment time. Had to remove clothing in a freezing changing room. Thankfully, the tech had warmed up the CT scan room to a comfortable temperature so the experience thereafter was pleasant. Staff were really lovely but the facility needs to do much better at treating both the staff and patients with the respect of ensuring a comfortable environment and being mindful of prompt opening when specifically asking patients to arrive at a set time.

Great experience with Simonmed at both the Bruce B Downs and Carrolwood locations. Staff was knowledgeable and the whole process was relatively easy. They do need to hire additional ultrasound techs because there was only one appointment available for the next two weeks. Wish that scheduling was in house because it is challenging to get STAT orders scheduled through a call center with no flexibility.

I would’ve given 5 stars however I think that you should be able to bring someone back there with you during your transvaginal ultrasound the process is already uncomfortable so having someone back there is comforting. Just because you aren’t pregnant or handicapped shouldn’t be the only reason someone can go back with you what about those trying to conceive, miscarriage, those that have cyst and need imaging done having someone there helps. Also the tech was a little rude all because I didn’t hear her call my name and I caught her in the middle of rolling her eyes and throwing her hands up unprofessional. Then talked to me with an attitude and when I responded she goes in defense and say I’m just asking we have to ask I know that and I was just responding however if you weren’t trying to be rude at the same time all because I didn’t hear you call my name you would have never thought I was being rude to you with my response.

when i went through the room where my appointment was going to be i was greeted by 2 women they were both very sweet and communicative it was very comfortable in their waiting room the decor was so cute and the doctor that took me was also amazing she was a younger women took great care of me and reassured me that everything was going to be just fine overall it was a great experience and also very fast i got in the office at 3:30 my appointment was at 3:45 and i was also able to get that appointment the same day i called the call center people were also very helpful but i ended up leave by 4:10 it was very in and out but when the doctor had me she took her time and was very attentive
