Great staff that are friendly and welcoming. First visit so I arrived extra early because you never know what paperwork is needed. The doctor had a plan that gave me relief and had instructions for me to follow.

The office operates so efficiently with friendly, polite staffers steering you through each step of the process. Dr. Turnbull is talented and kind. His expertise makes the procedures as quick and painless as possible. After reading that my procedure (a gel shot) could be agony, I was pretty nervous. But my injection was quick and almost painless! It gave me instant relief, too. Would recommend this doctor 1000%.

Dr.turnbull rebuilt my right knee, very professional, knowledgeable and pulls no punches he tells it like it is. If I have to have another operation he will be my go to Doctor. He is one of the best!!!!

Dr. Prodoehl is great. I saw him today regarding a shoulder problem. He moved quickly ran a few tests and is getting me moving my arm and shoulder again. Dr P, thank you for being so proactive.

I cannot recommend this doctor's office if you value post-operative care and communication. At my first post operative visit for a leg fracture I informed the staff that I was out of pain medications and they informed me they would call in a refill. One week later and the refill has not been received by my pharmacy. I called the office on a Monday and left a message asking for a refill and got no response.. I then called the office again on a Tuesday morning with the same request and left a message and again got no response. I then called again on a Tuesday afternoon and spoke to a member of their staff who said it was still in the doctor's queue waiting be signed off. I checked with my pharmacy at the end of the day and they had not received the prescription refill . In the meantime, I have been suffering pain from the surgery and am left with nothing but over the counter medications which have been insufficient. Despite repeated phone calls over 2 days i have gotten zero communication from the office regarding if or when they're going to fill my prescription, or if not, why not . This is completely unacceptable post-operative care. To leave someone in pain like this after repeated phone calls Is a terrible way to treat a patient.

I stopped by the office to make an appointment t. I was able to get in the next day. Dr. referred me to a specialist that willI see me in two weeks .While I wait for my appointment I am able to go back to physical thearpy in the process. I could not have asked for better care.
