First, I received two of the wrong items from this company. After several phone calls with my doctor's office and this company, I received the correct product. Customer service called to ensure I got it. They instructed me that someone else from the company would call to teach me how to use it. No one ever reached but they continued to send me replacement parts. After speaking with customer service again, they informed me that my doctor was supposed to teach me. I have requested several times for the replacement parts stop being sent but they continue to show up and I keep getting billed.
