I have recently hired their service and their rates are reasonable. I am extremely happy with their promptness in returning my call and meeting me in person to go over the needs. I needed around the clock care for short duration and received home care assistants in shifts. Both are on-time, pleasant and provided me excellent care. I highly recommend their service.

I hired Total Private Tampa Home Health to assist my mother who was recently discharged from the hospital following a prolonged stay due to surgical complications.

While the sales representative, Chantel(sp?), was kind and thorough, we have yet to see the morning staff. Two days in a row they have not come at the appointed times, and have not called to communicate with us regarding no call/no show.

The only time I’ve had any communication with any staff is when I call and ask what’s going on with their people.

The afternoon assistant did come on time and did provide support for my mother. However, she did spend a lot of time on her phone checking whatever rather than focusing on the tasks and hand.

I work in the healthcare industry and have firsthand experience in this field. Please do yourself and your family a service and seek another organization to provide home health assistance.

I don’t feel good about giving a bad review, but this type of service affects real lives and real people. I am concerned that you cannot rely upon Total Private Tampa Home Health despite their rhetoric and sales pitch.
