You can call and make an appointment with the ladies in the back to help you sign up for food stamps, they are both awesome people AND fast. I highly recommend them, whether you have children or not.💕

After they switched to a call center company just to book appointments its been horrible. I called on 9/20/24 and spoke to a representative and I was told my children had the appointment on 9/24/24 @ 8:45am. When I arrived I found out it was booked for 9/27/24 in port st lucie for ER when it was a well check up. Next time I going to go and personally make the appointment in the office and not over the phone. Ending up rescheduling until 10/25/24. Word of advise go in the office and not over the phone to book an appointment.

Worst place ever. Every single time I go there it's some crap. The doctors don't care they rush you out of there all they want to do is vaccinate your kids and I don't think they really know how to diagnose or treat any type of illness there.

It's an ok place to have your children's checkups. They don't usually answer phones. Tried calling a few days and no one answered. Tried each number and still couldn't get a hold of someone.
When I walked in to make an appointment; Because they never answered. There were employees sitting in front by the phones. Doing absolutely nothing. Chit chatting and laughing. I told them I wanted to make a new appointment for my newborn and the lady was helping me at first and then she wanted someone else to help me. When I did go to the other lady. I noticed that one lady who didn't want to help, just sat around and looked at her phone.
So next time I made an appointment for my other son. I was told in person that there were a few spots available to change if needed, because I wasn't sure which day I could make it. When I called, they told me there weren't any spots till a month later! I live literally down the street from them It only takes me 3 minutes to get home. How can all the spots be filled within 3 minutes!!!! They told me they had like 4 spots at different times! So how?!?!? I'm just sticking around till I find some place better.

Difficult to get a call through for an appointment. Online appointment setting isn't an option although their website says it is. Dr. we were assigned to barely spoke English which made it difficult to understand during diagnosis.

I took my sick infant. They had a visiting doctor since there was no pediatric doctor available in Okeechobee office at that time. What a welfare type of place with substandard care! It needs to be shut down!

They don't answer the phone period , worst experience ever trying to get an appointment for my children this needs to be reported to the BBB something needs to be done about the extreme lack of customer service it's the children who suffer such a shame
