The staff is fantastic, compassionate, and I’d say 99% of them are there because they truly care. My Case Manager, Tara was meticulous in working out any workplace issues and communicated each next step. The kitchen staff met all of my needs, and I have many allergies, they took great care to ensure I was always able to have a hot meal if I wanted one. Thank you Monica and Tabi! There are some odd rules here and there, but nothing terrible if you’re willing to be your own advocate. 5 Stars

This was my first time in rehab I didn't think I was gonna like it but honestly I wouldn't of wanted a different place...Diane is a therapist at ember and she is amazing ..Ryan and Wendi do groups there and they are amazing at the jobs...they love what they do and no one judges at all. All the staff IS so welcoming. I loved it!! Tara is the case manager there and she knows what she is doing. If you come to ember just be open, honest, and this is a big one TRUST THEM THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!

I struggled with addiction for many of years and this is my first time at rehab. I couldn't be more grateful for the experience and the outcome that I had here at this facility. The entire staff members were very kind, loving, and caring. Tara was a fantastic case manager who made sure my legal issues and aftercare was taken care of and my therapist Susan was amazing in helping me deal with my traumatic experiences I had. I would highly recommend this facility to take care anyone that has an addiction problem.

Just completed a 28 day alcohol detox/residential program and am so grateful for a top notch stellar experience on all levels of care. Everything from peer support, kitchen staff, therapy, to admin. I feel left ready to tackle all obstacles that come my way, and continue to live a happy sober life thanks to Ember’s Guidance!

Ember is a great facility with a caring, wonderful facilitators and staff with a lot of personal experience in addiction recovert. It's clean, has good food and the groups are great. They also help you establish aftercare. Highly recommend for detox and residential treatment.

I was extremely shocked to see the level of care and hospitality of the center! I will add that I my self had a hard time meeting with my therapist. I would definitely recommend either less patients for the therapist or more therapists for the patients! Overall I have learned ALOT about myself and mental health and ready to move on with that new information to the next step in my recovery journey! Thank y'all for EVERYTHING 😊

During my stay at ember, I have been treated with the absolute best hospitality. The therapist, counselors and case managers show that they care about each client by taking the time to get to know each one of us and making sure they do their best to get us the best level of after care.

This place needs to be shut down. I was baricarded in a room so my case manager could scold me when all I asked her to do was advocate for me and she told me that wasn’t her job. Very rude. The “director” guy loves to rub it in your face how he’s sober and you’re in treatment because of a relapse. I got no love / support from any of the staff. I had to call the police to get my belongings. Beware before admitting yourself or a loved one there. They also have bed bugs.
