HCA Raulerson Surgical Specialists Office is an amazing office filled with amazing people. You walk through the door and your greeted with a smile and a hello. Dr. Alejo and his staff are very friendly and caring. They provide excellent wound care and are concerned about the patient the whole time. I recommend this office to everyone who needs an excellent Surgeon.

Dr Moyer is very kind, compassionate, professional and friendly. His explanations are thorough and easy to understand. He patiently listens to and answers all questions to my satisfaction. Technically, he is an outstanding surgeon and I could not be more pleased with the results of my bilateral mastectomy and the two other minor surgeries he performed. The office staff is phenomenal! Appointments run so smoothly with very negligible wait times. Referrals are promptly coordinated, insurance billing is totally handled and everyone knows me by name! I couldn’t recommend Dr Moyer and Raulerson Surgical Specialists more highly!!

VERY SPECIAL It started from the person at the entrance, to the check in person, nurses, technicians

to everyone before and after surgery If asked a question they would stop and answer in a way l could

understand. Dr Alejo and his team were great. He is one of the kindest most understanding Dr l have

ever had. My primary care Dr is also one of the best Dr .Chaudray was my Dr but also my friend He, Jessie,

and his nure E. I say all this with a sadness because a week after my surgery I had to move away from

Okeechobee to another part of the state because of reasons beyond my control. I will miss you all

Worst I've ever been treated. I was promised a BIOPSY, when I came in the nurse even said it was a good thing I was ready for a BIOPSY, they have the equipment there to do the procedure... When the doctor finally came in, he decided I didn't need a Biopsy, he wouldn't do it in the office like I was promised... He would "make her feel better, set her up at the hospital for a Biopsy". He told his staff (loud enough the entire waiting room could hear). Very unprofessional. I'm wearing a MASK, (this was August 2020); he didn't even put on gloves to examine me! Seems like this particular doctor just wanted the extra money for the hospital visit, even though they had the equipment for the biopsy in the office, and that was what I was told would be happening that day, he only gave me a CONSULTATION, very unprofessional of the staff, wouldn't even tell me how much it would cost beforehand! Very disappointed in this office, I really wish I could have seen Dr Alejo instead of this doctor. Do not recommend. EVER.

the whole staff is fantastic and the doctor is very considerate and talks to you like you are a person , and not just a number. they got me in very quickly, and took care of me !! highly recommend. thank you to doctors and staff !!
