The staff at the facility was over and above accommodating. During a trying time both physically and mentally while my house is being restored and renovated after the storms. This staff made sure all my needs were met with a smile and kind word. From the management tomaintenance, Josh was great! This location and its staff is what I look and hope for anytime I’m traveling or staying at a hotel. Thank you Team Hilton.

We stayed for a weekend at the Home2Suites Nakomis for our son's soccer tournament. I travel a great deal for work, and we stay in many hotels for soccer. I never write hotel reviews, but I wanted to commend the front desk staff at this hotel. They are truly kind and truly seem to care about the guests and each other. Most hotels are annoyed by sports teams staying there, but the staff welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. It's hard to convey true kindess in a short written review like this. At first I thought it was just one staff member, but over the weekend I realized it was all of them. You can also tell they care about each other. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay great!!!

We look forward to seeing Amber at the front desk every time we check in. She always greets us with a big smile, is friendly, kind, and professional. She goes out of her way to make our stay feel special. She knows we like extra pillows, rooms on the south side and Rice Krispie treats. ||For the past three years we have stayed with Amber while managing properties and renovating our home. We are now about to move into our home which is bitter sweet. We will especially miss Amber and Melissa. We hope to show them the same hospitality they gave us once we get settled. Thank you for your kindness over the years. You’re the best!

I would not recommend this hotel. We weren’t able to check into our room until after 6 PM when check-in is at three. Additionally the elevator closes way too soon and numerous times closed when only three people had walked out. First it hit my husband and the second time it whacked my son in the head, causing a severe headache, scratches, and a bump. Their response was sorry we had a delay that day and the elevator is running perfectly. But here’s 2000 Hilton points. We paid almost $1000 for this room for 2 nights! The sink drain was broken, the carpets were filthy leaving our feet black and the elevator injured my child. They did not care one bit.

Excellent front desk staff! Amber is so nice and accommodating. The rooms here are immaculately cleaned beds soft and comfortable. One of my favorite places to stay. Beach is very close also .

Just returned from a week stay at this hotel. It’s in a fabulous location just 3 minutes from the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved having a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. Melissa, Amber and Danny were amazing and went out of their way to check in on us daily and make sure we had anything we needed. We felt safe at the hotel and there were plenty of food options within a short drive. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Amber at the home 2 suites in Nokomis is amazing. I was there on a trip on Saturday and witnessed a very disgruntled guest that was in the hallway calling Amber very vulgar names. I commend Amber for being calm, cool and collective in handling the situation. She spoke to the guest in a very professional manner and handled the situation in the appropriate manner. Amber has excellent customer service skills. She is top-notch highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in this area.

Very close to the beach 1mile drive. Hot tube excellent pool nice and warm during winter months breakfast was alright
