I used to love this office... after I wasn't really happy with my first provider I found Dr. Naseem. After today when I had an injection scheduled and showed up for it to be told they don't even have the medicine to inject I will be looking for a new provider! Being told same day is not ok and after I have taken time off work to come you bet I won't make the mistake again to let these people handle my health

This office is just gonna waste your time. This is the SECOND time I’ve come here without seeing a doctor because I leave after waiting over an hour. There were people sitting waiting for longer than me waiting to be called in. They’re completely comfortable sitting people in the rooms without being seen. I live 30 minutes away from here too. It’s not ok and stop wasting other people’s time. It’s ridiculous that they don’t at least have the decency to call to cancel. I’m not coming back here.

Dr. Natalie Jenkins is extremely patient and understanding as it pertains to her patients needs. She is very thorough.

I admire the staff for being so supportive and caring. The nurses and the doctors take their time with every patient and insure that they get all of their questions answered before we leave. I would give them a 10 star review if it was possible.

This practice is unbelievably disorganized. I've been trying to become established as a new patient since SEPTEMBER. It is currently December. First, my appointment was schedule for early November. A few days before my appointment, I received a call that the doctor will not be in the office. Things happen, I understand, no big deal. But then, the receptionist told me the soonest I could be soon was OVER A MONTH later. I took the appointment, as the reviews for this practice seemed decent. My rescheduled appointment is supposed to be Wednesday, and I just received a voicemail from the practice that the doctor, again, will not be in the office. I've called back twice and left a voicemail, no one is answering or returning my calls. I'm beyond frustrated. Don't waste your time at this practice.

I couldn't have picked a better practice. I love this office! Everyone I've come in contact with has been very welcoming kind and patient. The front desk staff, the medical assistants and the dr are all awesome! Dr Marcucci is very sweet and so attentive. She addresses all my concerns without rushing me out the door, which tells me she really cares about her patients. I picked this practice bc of the reviews and it was very well worth it. Finding a dr and staff who cares about their patients is worth me driving the distance.
