Don’t waste your time booking an appointment here. The girl who answers the phone and works at the desk is rude and lacks customer service. I don’t understand how a doctor office can have someone working there with minimal common sense and bad customer service skills. I should have known based on the booking process over the phone and hearing how she would speak and her responses— that to cancel and book an appt somewhere else.

My appt was booked for the following week, she calls me the day before to reschedule. She asked me to come in 2 days later, I told her I couldn’t. She reschedules me for the following week. I show up for my appt and the door was locked. She comes to open the door and doesn’t say anything and just stares at me. I say, “hello, I have an appt for 830am” and her response, “not today, the doctor isn’t here.” I was so confused. I took off time from work to be here for my physical appt. After an exchange of words, she had a smirk on her face and laughed as if it was some funny game. I’m really upset and nothing is worst than wasted time. Maybe this was a sign not to go here and book at a professional and clean facility. I swear I should of known better based on the appearance of the outside of the building.

professional, customer service oriented and thorough. I was sent home from the emergency department, still very feverish and told to alternate tylenol and motrin, increase fluids and rest. I felt something wasn't right so I called for a emergency follow up visit and was seen by Dr Joseph. He took the time to listen to my complaint, order further testing and piece together the puzzle. BAM! appropriately diagnosed and treated. I am grateful

Worse doctor i ever seen in my life. Open at 9 am no one is there to let people in. Staff is very rude especially magalia which ever her name is. Very unprofessional ask them a question they get upset. Won't be going back here ever
