I came here on a last minute appointment because I wanted to try an ionic foot bath. When I arrived there was a special that included a lymphatic massage and a hydrocleanse. It's been three weeks and I can say I am feeling outstanding. The lymphatic massage was head to toe, and I woke up considerably less puffy and no water weight swelling on my limbs. I typically get deep tissue massages and this is the complete opposite in terms of pressure and experience but the outcome was wonderful. The ionic foot bath was relaxing and I was able to play on my phone while I soaked. The real star of the show though was the colonic. I was SO nervous and hesitant to try it but learned that if at any point you are uncomfortable with the experience you can stop, so I said why not. Without providing too much information, I can just say that I have so much more energy, I'm lighter, and I am regular (which I have never in my life been). I will definitely do this trifecta again in the future. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This is not a high end spa so the facilities are not over the top luxurious. Highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite spa ever in Orlando!!! I had tried massage and colon hydrotherapy. The massage was super relaxed and i felt asleep during the massage; I was very nervous about the colon hydrotherapy but the lady that helped me was very professional and extremely helpful to me. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. The spa is very clean and staffs are very nice. The spa also offers different services.

i love going to alora when i need to feel relaxed and surround myself with good people. the employees are all so nice and their techniques are top notch. i would definitely recommend getting any type of massage there but for me the ones i like the most are swedish and lymphatic drainage.

Went to get a deep tissue massage, but I felt no pain relief in my upper back. I went there specifically for that reason and even pointed it out in the form & in person. The staff is nice and the place is clean. But if you are in pain and want a truly professional massage with some kind of result, I would not recommend coming here, unfortunately.

I came to Alora health spa for a post operative deep tissue massage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Gwen was my masseuse, she was amazing and very knowledgeable when I asked questions. I would highly recommend this health spa.

I booked a 60 minute Swedish Massage and the 30 minute facial at Alora Health Spa. The spa is very inviting and relaxing, and the girl at the front desk was very pleasant. The massage with Nadia was awesome! She focused on my problem areas and found some other areas that I hadn't even mentioned. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. Andrea provided my facial service. She was very knowledgeable and thorough, and gave me some tips to improve the health of my skin, without being pushy or aggressive about products. I would definitely return to Alora Health Spa.

I visited while I was traveling and loved my experience! I was in town for an event so I got the sculpting lymphatic drainage massage with Nadia! I felt so snatched afterwards and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed during my experience. It was great!
