A fantastic yoga studio with a holistic approach to creating a community. Each instructor has their strengths and there are a variety of classes that focus on not only the fundamentals of flow but also the mindfulness. After one class in this relaxing space, I got my membership. You won't be disappointed when you take a class. The membership also has perks that most other studios do not have! I am excited to try the new vegan cafe when it opens next week.

I had a tour of this wonderful yoga and Wellness Center - WOW - it blew my mind - I cannot say enough about it and have since eaten there twice - the French Chef, Armandine is making spectacular Vegan food and I'm not even Vegan!!!
