I was recently in the hospital many times and they kept diagnosing me with anxiety. I was able to get a blood test from quest and turns out it's hyperthyroidism.i was told I need to see ans endocrinologist so I got a primary immediately. I didn't have one at the time and chose your family dr. I was seen by ELAINE GUIMBARDA. she was so nice I explained how I got there and why I needed a primary and that I needed a referral to see an endocrinologist. She was super nice and explained that she was about to be graduating and soon would be able to prescribe anxiety meds if needed. My sister and I congratulated her. I asked if she could continue to be my new primary as I would need one continuing forward. She said yes and the visit went great. She recommended mw to call advent endocrinology clinic on Bruce b downs so I did. They said they need my papers faxed over from the primary in order to get an appointment. So I called the primary and explained to the receptionist. She didn't seem to understand me but said the Dr wasn't In and to call after 3 pm . I was unavailable after 3 so I called the next morning. The Dr answered the phone really rude asked who I was and said I don't know what you want from me I gave you the referral. I explained the process thay advent had explained to me and the Dr got upset and said she had never heard of a request like this and then proceed to say I DONT EVEN KNOW YOU I ONLY SAW YOU ONCE. I GAVE YOU THE PAPER AND I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT FROM ME. SHE THEN SAID SHE ISNT COMFORTABLE BEING MY PRIMARY BECAUSE I ASKED HER TO FAX WHAT THE ENDOCRINOLOGY OFFICE NEEDED. I am so confused what happened or why she flipped out. I definitely won't be using her as a primary. Ever again. I highly recommend you never go to her for anything. I told her I was self pay so she charged me for a checkup gave me a referal and then wouldnt fax it. Very scammy.

I needed to get the medical exam for the green card process and found this place in the USCIS website. I called and they had immediate availability to see me the next day. Jorge from the front desk was really helpful and the nurse Elaine walked me through everything and performed my exam. They were both really attentive and informative throughout all the process. I would definitely recommend coming here. The price is affordable. The clinic was very clean and neat.

I went here with father for USCIS medical exam, Very knowledgeable staff and no waiting delays. Staff have consistently demonstrated patience and will go above peeper work, The facility is also clean and they do not overbook appointments. Everything is super fast thank you again!
