Anna has created an absolutely fabulous set up! Her facility is clean, modern and full of all the health and wellness things that you could want. Connecting with her and other people she employs was effortless. I cannot recommend this facility enough. If you’re looking to tone and tighten it up, this is the spot. But it’s not only about weight loss, a lot of it is about inner peace and health and wellness. She’s achieved all of these goals in such a beautiful way. Thank you so much Anna!!

I loved my experience here! The spa was so beautiful and inviting. Anna was warm, welcoming and professional! The Dr. was very thorough, caring & kind and they answered all of my questions. It's wonderful to have kind caring support when starting a health and fitness journey and they put me right at ease. Thank you Anna for the wonderful service and care! I highly recommend this spa!

I started my weight loss journey second week of December 2024. I have also lost 6 pounds so far .Anna is amazing ,such a kind soul great customer service very thorough , Anna answered all my questions before I joined their program.I don’t feel like another customer but more like family. We have shared some great conversations about my weight she makes me feel comfortable,I’m never rushed off the phone Anna checks up on me ask how I’m feeling how my journey is going definitely recommend them for weight loss body contouring, skin tightening and other services that they offer!! My experience here has been nothing but amazing. Trying to get back into my fitness journey and Anna has been a blessing. She is so kind and supportive. She listens to your needs and concerns without making you feel embarrassed or ashamed. Learning Anna’s fitness and health journey and how open she is about it motivated me to give this a shot and I’m so glad I did. The services she provides are well Worth every penny. She makes it affordable for everyone. Every time I go to see her it is like catching up on girl time so that’s a huge plus!!!

Anna and her team are awesome! I use the Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge therapy (fire & ice) to improve muscle recovery and injury recovery. Being a Florida man, I had concerns about the cold plunge 😉 To my surprise, I actually enjoyed it, and felt amazing afterwards. It definitely triggers the release of endorphins. I highly recommend it.
