Wonderful experience from start to finish. Ashley registered me for my visit and she was kind and friendly. I had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and Ashley was very apologetic, this was appreciated! Jade was the nurse that took my vitals and such. She was warm and personable, she seemed genuinely interested in my concerns and made me feel at ease. Dr. Beckford took her time and addressed all of my questions and concerns. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Yenny prepared my paperwork and referrals before I left. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly. I am usually anxious about visiting the Dr, but these wonderful ladies made me feel comfortable. Thank you!!!!

Scheduling with this facility is the most dreadful experience ever. They provide incorrect info and make SEVERAL errors on their end. Was quoted over $200 for apreventative "check up" appointment on my chart I cancelled my appointment because I have insurance I know that price is incorrect. I know someone who was also wrongly billed the same for preventive maintenance (with a Np) over $200 he also has insurance. Questioning the legitimacy of this company, if I were Dr Beckford I would practice elsewhere if I care about my patients just saying

Had my appt 4/22/22 with Dr. Beckford for my annual physical, my experience was absolutely AMAZING! Dr. Beckford was such a great help discussing my health & the nurse was fantastic! Patient concerns & wellbeing are their #1 priority. Keep up the AMAZING work 👏 ill be seeing you again soon 😁
