Having a clinic in the same building as the dmv is convenient. I was given a physical card like all places; better yet, this clinic also gave me a digital card. Although it's a walk-in clinic, but having an appointment would even be better.

Dr. Thompson is amazing. At her office you're not just a patient, you are family as she treats you just as she would treat her own family. I met Dr. Thompson 15 yrs ago and due to a car accident and have remained friends since. You can call on her for all your chiropractic needs and have the confidence that you will leave her office feeling great.

If I could give no stars I don’t would. The female doctor discriminates. My husband gave her a form she required of him, only for her to tell him “you have a mental health issue. I can’t risk you killing someone” and refused service. when he asked for clarification she stated “you have the form. CAN YOU READ?!” She was the most disgusting person I have ever heard. Good thing we recorded the phone call 🙂

Over the years, Dr Thompson has been my go to Doctor for all my chiropractic needs, so when I needed my DOT physical, I was elated that she offer this service too. I am extremely happy with the service I received at New Hope Chiropractic.

This is so far the worse place I’ve been to. The lady has the ac set off and she leaves the doors open so the air could come in and she had a fan set in front of herself only and I had the mask on and I was very sweaty and nervous from the situation so when she checked my blood pressure, it was high. Also, the lady did not allow me to use the bathroom. She told me that if I needed to use the bathroom that I had to go check the bathrooms in the food court at the mall and to top it all off, this lady was being extremely rude . The worst experience I’ve had at a clinic, ever!
