I had an amazing experience with my endoscopy today! The entire team was fantastic – fast, friendly, and incredibly supportive. From the moment I arrived, check-in was seamless and easy. The staff made sure to thoroughly explain everything and assured me they’d be with me every step of the way.

Throughout the procedure, they consistently checked on me, making me feel at ease and confident in their care. The procedure itself went great, and my recovery was smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate the level of care I received at this hospital. Highly recommend!

Great experience! I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, and they took me in right away. They kept my girlfriend updated throughout the procedure and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed before my surgery. The anesthesiologist explained everything clearly and even made some jokes to help me relax. The following day, they followed up with me to check on my recovery and see if I had any questions. I hope I never need another surgery, but if I do, this is definitely the place I’ll go! S/O to my doctor Monteiro! You did great!

From check-in to discharge my visit was 5 star. The was exceptional. The care team prior to my procedure made sure I was comfortable. The care team in the procedure explained what was going to happen during my procedure. The after care team in recovery also made sure of my comfort and explained after care in detail. Over a 5 star experience.

I recently made a trip the ER, and it was the best experience I've ever had at a hospital. Every staff member was polite and explained processes and procedures very well. Dr. Healy was the absolute most pleasant person to interact with, and was very thorough. As much I don't want another ER visit, this will definitely be my go-to if the occasion arises.

The staff at this hospital has been amazing. The staff has been very attentive. Great service! Great food! I had salmon that was cooked to perfection 😋 Everyone has made me feel comfortable; even the housekeeping supervisors come by to ensure housekeeping is putting their best foot forward. I would definitely recommend this hospital! High level of care 🙂

The staff was amazing! Nurses Arya, Brittany and Kyleigh, along with Debbie went above and beyond to make my unexpected stay a pleasant one. The only hiccup was the managing nurse who at the time of discharge made me feel like another number and rushed me to leave. The supervisor quickly apologized, but it would have been nice for the managing nurse to demonstrate leadership and take responsibility and apologize. Aside from that, the staff was amazing!!!

My lab orders were not “electronically signed” when I presented to have them done. The front desk staff in the outpatient diagnostic center went above and beyond helping me to figure out how to get the orders signed in the manner needed. The RN who drew my blood was great too. It was painless and quick. She was thorough in setting up what she needed prior to the stick (which I hardly felt), confirming that she had all that she needed and I appreciated her attention to detail.
