Dr. Espinoza has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. He explains everything very well. Brittany is also very bright and very friendly. Chris is a very hard worker. She needs more help. You better not lose her because she is overworked

I have to let you know...I love going to VIP in Silver Springs. Dr.Cordero & her medical assistant Sarah are the nicest most friendly & respectful women in the medical group that I have ever had the pleasure of being involved with. They are both very knowledgeable polite & they both take the time to explain everything. I am so lucky to be their patient & will probably stay with them for the rest of my life. They are an asset to VIP & I hope they will be there always. Thank you.

Dr. Veronica Fernandez in an amazing doctor, she took extra time to make sure she understood my needs. Sarah was also amazing, she is very out going and also took time to make sure she answered all our concerns.

Let me just say I don't take lightly to leaving negative reviews unless I feel it's warranted.. I also don't like to sound accusatory but with that said I find it hard to believe they have even the 5 stars they do , I actually thought I'd have an excellent experience in fact I've never really had any issues with a Dr office etiquette so I was quite surprised to find upon driving 25 min 1 way to the appointment that they didn't bother to call and let me know the Dr cordero had COVID so she was doing only virtual appts so I got there then they let me know and asked if I was ok with that then it didn't work so I had to go back home wait for a call that again didn't work so it was just a phone call basically, and she is such a control freak that she refuses to listen to her patient refusing to refill my stomach medicine which is only an antihistamine 🧐 because she doesn't believe in medical cannabis basically, well I'm 46 and the worst at eating healthy I just received my blood work from my current Dr and it's astonishing how good it is and it's because I don't take all the pills they shove in my face while trying to say marajuana isnt medicine I just appreciate natural remedies first...well opinions are like buttholes everyone has one and hers just stink not to mention she is very defensive when u politely try to tell her how important it is to actually listen to your patient before tossing drugs YOU GET PAID TO PROMOTE in my face . Vip is not all it's hyped up to be it's corporate greed and power hungry people at its finest that's about it ...I did nursing 15 yrs ... Good Drs LISTEN to their patients instead of treat them like children .

First red flag should've been them telling me to leave a review after just filling out the paperwork to be a patient there. Multiple times things were not written down or noted, scripts weren't being sent to the right place, and I had to constantly run around and make multiple calls to figure out what was going on. I tried explaining it to Nurse Sara, and she had the audacity to tell me I must be having problems at home because she's done nothing wrong. Then continued to argue with me that I was the one in the wrong. All I wanted was someone to do their job. Very unprofessional!...and pretty much scary when they can't get scripts or paperwork right.
