I highly recommend this office for your dental care. The entire staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They do an excellent job of using advanced technologies and explaining what they need to do and why. They are also conservative with their treatments and will only do what is absolutely necessary for your teeth.

This place deserves ZERO stars!!! I can’t believe how bad this experience was. I went in for a simple chipped tooth fix, and after three failed attempts, it’s still not right—actually, it looks worse now. The dentist seemed totally out of her depth, fumbling with the tools and lacking any real confidence. Each attempt made my tooth more uneven, and I honestly think she was just guessing her way through the procedure.

To make things worse, I noticed the practice manager (Emily Trask) left a glowing review for the office. That’s not only unprofessional, but it’s also totally unnecessary. If your work speaks for itself, you shouldn’t need someone to write fake reviews to prop it up. It just left a bad taste in my mouth—no pun intended. It’s clear this place isn’t about providing quality care, and instead of owning up to the poor results, they’re trying to cover it up with a bunch of self-praise.

Bottom line: If you value your time, your money, and, most importantly, your teeth, stay far away from this place. I’m out of here for good.

Update: In response to the owner’s comment, I don’t need you to indicate whether I’m a patient or not, bottom line is I WAS a patient and ditched your shoddy practice due to your incompetent dentists.

I cracked/chipped my tooth the night of 1/22/25 and had to wait till the next morning to figure out who was going to take a new patient in for a possible crown. I called The Preserve Dental Care to see if they had any openings, I advised them that I had to work at 2 pm and they accommodated to my schedule. Not even a minute later I got a call back from them stating they can see me earlier due to a cancellation. I was very appreciative of their attentiveness.

The office was very clean and let’s not get started on their friendly staff. They were all so sweet!

Once I was in, they took x-rays and scans to figure out what was happening. They took their time to explain what treatment I needed for my cracked/chipped tooth and had their insurance analyst explain the breakdown for pricing.

Again, EVERYONE was SUPER friendly and made the whole experience smooth and not as scary. I’m so glad I found the right place for my dental health. Thank you to everyone at The Preserve Dental Care!

Stepping out of a dentist's office literally feeling more whole and physically complete may not be the most uncommon result of receiving dental work, but doing so because of the thorough and comprehensive attention, patience and care from every member of the clinic's staff also delivers such a peace of mind the entire operation (first ever root canal) was as free of stress more than I could have even hoped it to be.

I can genuinely say I look forward to future dentist's appointments because of the confidence inspired by commensurate with the results of the technical mastery of Dr Saleh along with his and the assistant's endearing bedside manner. To the rest of the staff as well, thank you for making my dental care the priority the choice it should be.

Absolutely fantastic! The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, which made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The facilities are modern and spotless, showing how much they care about the client experience. I highly recommend it. I know it’s unusual to rave about a dental office, but you’ll understand after your first visit. By the way, I found their prices to be lower than my previous provider’s.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pinto and her staff! Dr. Pinto sees myself and my four children. We have gotten both basic dental care and Invisilign at this office. Dr. Pinto’s soft-spoken, calm manner is very comforting and reassuring! All of the staff are very patient and understanding when it comes to having anxiety about dentist appointments. Not only that, they are cheerful and friendly! I have never felt rushed through an appointment. The office is managed well and I have never had an issue with billing. As a military spouse who has moved around the country for over twenty years, I seen dozens of different dentists over the years—this office truly stands out among the best!
