I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes before only to find out that the doctor cancelled and that I was going to see another provider but needed to wait 45 minutes. Well, I waited 45 minutes to the new appointment time and they had me waiting an additional 48 minutes before getting called in. They need Major work on timeliness and enhancing their communication with their patients.

One note of suggestion: the appointment states to arrive at 7:45 AM, yet the doors do not open until 8 AM. Instead of front desk folks, simply deflecting by citing contact reasons, it would have been more considerate for the front staff to gently apologize and acknowledge the frustration of waiting. A simple recognition of this would go a long way in improving the overall patient experience.

Lastly, during my visit with Dr. Sandy, I felt it was somewhat inappropriate for her to be speaking her office notes aloud and completing it during our appointment. This disrupted the flow of our conversation and made me feel less engaged in my own care. I also think, sound machine should be put in patient rooms. The walls are thin and this will help protect patients privacy.

Overall, though, my experience was not the best.

Ladies, you are truly amazing! Kathryn, you’re doing an outstanding job, and your professionalism does not go unnoticed.

I absolutely adore Melanie! I was quite nervous about my visit, but her warm and friendly demeanor was a true comfort and immediately lifted my spirits. She made a potentially stressful situation feel so much more manageable.

Dr. Kathleen was incredibly thorough and informative, addressing all of my concerns with care and precision. I truly appreciate the time she took to ensure that I fully understood my treatment options. I am confident that all my concerns were heard, and I’m genuinely excited to partner with her in my future care plans.

Overall, my experience was truly a "white glove" experience—a level of care and attention to detail that exceeded my expectations.

I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early only to get a text last minute saying that my appointment was cancelled. This is the second time this happens. I then called to make sure and was told the doctor I scheduled with wasn’t part of their office when I clearly received emails and texts with this specific address & phone number. The lady said the right office will contact me. When I asked if I could know what office they were seeing because on my side it clearly said Daniel’s Road , she hung up on me. Super unprofessional. Will not be returning to this office.

I was 7 minutes late to my appointment due to the ridiculous parking, and was told I couldn't be seen by Kristin Kelly Turner, APRN,RN. But I have been on time and still had to wait to be seen in the past. I guess my time isn't valuable. Also, you usually receive a 15 minute grace period at any other office. Waste of my time and gas. I will not be returning to this office again.

Nobody really likes going to the doctor but I love this place. The office girls Mariana and Gigi are friendly and lively. The Nurse, Melissa, is wonderful. She's so friendly and has a good attitude. Dr Kathleen is great to talk to and can break things down to help you understand. The people just put me in a good mood here which helps my blood pressure. Ha.
