Village Home Care is the ONLY home health company I would recommend to anyone. The staff there is so knowledgeable and amazing at their jobs, all while being some of the most caring people on the planet. People like Jen Harris and their wound care nurses Gigi and Robert are what make this place so amazing. Please keep them as long as you possibly can! Thanks for everything you guys do!

Being recommended to Village Home Care was the BEST thing for my 87 year old mother. Chris Bauer immediately contacted me and spent quality time on the phone explaining how things worked. I could tell right away that he was very knowledgeable and well-versed in the field of home health care. I knew I was speaking to the right person to guide my mom. Not only did he make me feel at ease but he assigned Ana as my mother's Physical Therapist and Hal as her Occupational Therapist.

Let me tell you...Ana is exactly what the doctor ordered. She took my mom from gingerly using a walker to relearning how to walk with a cane. She was firm but very positive and was insistent upon doing things correctly. Her feedback was absolutely fantastic and my mom's safety was always her number one concern. Hal was wonderful as well focusing on her upper body strength. He was patient, pleasant and informative.

My mother, brother and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome from all those involved with Village Home Care. From Chris, to Ana and Hal we are sincerely grateful for giving my mom the gift of being able to walk again and a better quality of life. Most of all we feel blessed to have met such warm and wonderful people. They are true professionals.

We have had the most wonderful experience with Village Home Health. From the first contact with Chris, who explained how home health care works, since this was our first experience! Then we met GiGi, our nurse! She made us feel so special, had so many ideas of how to make the recovery my husband is making from a total hip replacement! She has returned texts and calls quickly and solved major problems my husband developed while recovering. I truly don’t know what we would have done with out her care, concern and expertise!!! Kimberly replaced his dressing and took good care of him too. Shawn is the perfect PT for us! My husband is extremely picky about who he works with, especially when it comes to health care!!! Everyone we have had contact with have been very professional, caring and on the spot perfect for us! I can’t thank them enough for their care!!! We would use them again in a heartbeat! Just hope we don’t have to do so!!! Thank you everyone at Village Home Health!!

Had total hip replacement last Friday. The hospital home health care person tried to set me up with in home therapy on Saturday, and they never return her call. She gave me their phone # and told me to call them if I didn't hear from them. I called Sunday evening and left a detailed message, still no call back I called them later that night still no call back. Called them (today) Monday morning and still no call back. Had to call my Doctor to schedule a follow up appointment, and told them my situation. They were going to try an contact them. It is now noon on Monday and no call back. Their site states 24 hour service. Anyone knows how critical it is for physical therapy and I have lost 2 days of getting any therapy! No customer service at this place!
