We cannot speak highly enough of Advent Health Urgent Care. The entire experience from the moment we walked in was fantastic! The staff was friendly and efficient and made you feel welcomed. The place is kept very clean and loved the little waiting room that they have for children. So cute!!!
The care we received from Ashley Howell was exceptional!!! She was very caring and knowledgeable and she took the time to address all our concerns and questions. When we left we felt so happy with the service we received in such a short period of time. No long wait time. Hands down the best urgent care we have ever been to. We highly recommend this place for their excellent service and the care they give their patients.

I had a fantastic experience at this urgent care center! The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, making my visit smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in at 8AM, I felt welcomed by the front desk staff. Ebone, the medical assistant, was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She was professional and caring, which made a huge difference. Michelle, the provider, was also wonderful. She listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made me feel well taken care of. I was in and out quickly, and I left feeling reassured and satisfied with my care. Highly recommend this urgent care for anyone looking for fast, friendly, and professional service!

Would of got 5 stars if it wasn’t for the following:
1. I went on a weekend so there’s only one provider. We waited to be called back, one hour with an appointment. Others without appointments, were waiting more than two hours.
2. Waiting room too small. Especially with many people waiting. There’s nothing grosser than sitting very close to other people, coughing and sneezing.
I rated the facility four stars because of the following:
1. Ability to make appointment online.
2. Cleanliness of the facility and easy access to hand sanitizer and masks.
3. The physician assistant was courteous and knowledgeable.

If you pay attention to all of the negative comments that some people make, it could affect how you perceive a business to be. Nonetheless, my personal experience at this facility was pleasant and went smoothly. I commend the staff at this location. Amber and Teleah treated me extremely well in a manner conducive to someone not having an actual appointment. I understand that it isn’t all about me when I go to medical facility for a non-emergency setting. I could see that the staff there are pleasant and work as fast as humanly possible. It takes time to take care of each individual, so I went there knowing that I will be seen when or if they had time to squeeze me because I didn’t have a scheduled appointment. I want people that may read this comment to understand that the staff there are working hard to take care of each person and treat them with a high level of care. So, have patience and be realistic. I am thankful for the treatment that I received there. Thank you all for what you do.

I saw Dr Howell last week and unfortunately needed a follow up today. She is extremely kind, thorough, compassionate, she listens and very knowledgeable. The entire staff at this location is kind and helpful. They suggested I make an appointment both visits. Waited 5 minutes each visit. A highly recommended facility and you will be fortunate to meet Dr Howell. I am very grateful. New to the area and finding that getting a new primary - takes time. This facility was a blessing.

I wanted to take time out to express my gratitude for highly professional staff at this facility. Amber, Marisal, and Teleah were nothing short of amazing. Upon entering the facility I was greeted and served as fast as they could due to them being busy helping others at the time. Amber was quick yet very efficient. The facility is extremely well kept also. I can’t thank them enough for their customer service and treatment.

I never go to an urgent care but as long as RNP Dana is here and Liza I will always come here. Those are two of the sweetest people in the medical field I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. I was here yesterday and just brought my wife in today because she is sick too and thank God they were both here again. I can’t say enough nice things about them. I would have Dana over an MD any day.

This is my third time at this facility and once again I am not disappointed. I was treated efficiently and respectfully by Ezra, Barbra, Ebone, and Amber. Their professionalism is greatly appreciated. The entire staff here are amazing. If you’re considering medical services you will be treated with the best care here.
