I see Dr Young for endocrinology, and also use the urgent care services. Dr Young and her staff are so great. They are quick, couteous and efficient, and I have recommended her to several friends. The urgent care services are the best I've ever had. The waiting room is large, clean, and never crowded. They are able to do so many tests right there on site so you don't have to drive all over the place when you're sick. I've recommended it to coworkers, and they had great experiences there too.

I really don't know where to beginning, from the check in to the check out the service provided is above excellent. I feel like I'm heard and my concern is very important. I was having some issues with my left thumb and Rosa Zapata immediately addressed all my concerns she ordered x-rays after Katrina Rodriguez MA made sure the referral was sent to insurance and approved. I went to get x-rays wasn't treating that well at all. The Office Manager Selina Moore who customer service is top notch just walk me over to the x-rays facility to help insist with me getting the much needed x-rays. Selina made sure I was on the schedule and also address me not getting treated right when visiting days before. The welcoming you feel at this office is outstanding. They listen, they take action, they treat you as if you are the most important person and they primary concern is to address whatever concerns you may be facing. Selina made sure I did not leave without being fully taken care of with superior customer service. Selina isn't just an Office Manager she goes above and beyond to make sure your experience at the office was an good one. The providers are the best I have ever saw Dr. Edwards and Rosa Zapata needs to be clone . I feel everyone plays an important part and all I can say is it's must be an requirement to work at this office, you must have excellent customer service, empathy, and everything in between. I'm glad that this is my primary doctor office.

The whole staff at VIP are extraordinary, professional, compassionate, and friendly. The doctors are kind and very intelligent. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Of all the doctors I have been to in my life, 75 years, this clinic is the best. All of 10 stars!!

Went to the office today to see Dr. Young. My appointment was scheduled for 9:20. I arrived at 9:06, Joe the PA/Nurse (who happens to be the best!! Friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable) took my vitals. I was in the exam room at 9:12 and Dr. Young was examining me at approximately 9:18. Dr. Young is excellent! Knows her job very well. She is efficient while being very nice. She is the best doctor I have dealt with since arriving in Flordia 8 years ago. Can't say enough good things about her and her staff.

My doctor is excellent and the staff very pleasant. i also had the pleasure of meeting the office manager, Selina Moore, this morning. She had called me to help with an issue I had with the referral system. She spent a good portion of her time on this and called to say that it had been resolved. I appreciate that she seemed genuinely interested and handed me the necessary paper work so that I could meet my appointments in two days. Dr. Young has been my endocrinologist for many years. She is proficient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and i have chosen the best. From the staff up front, Debbie, to the nursing staff, they are all second to none!!!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Young and her staff.

Love Dr. Young’s office. The staff is so helpful and friendly from the front desk to the nurses. Dr.Young is a wonderful listener and communicator. I have learned so much in the short time I have been seeing her for my LADA TYPE 1 diabetes. She has been so very patient with me and my adjustment to my insulin pump.
