Dr. Tak by far has been one of the worse providers I have ever been too. He was very short and didn't do anything that has to be with getting a physical. Didn't want to order a full work up of labs that are usually done with a physical. I asked for an order and was finally was provided a lab slip to do next year prior to my next appointment. Which only had certain test to be done not as full routine work up that is usually done for a physical. I want a provider that will actually check and make sure I am healthy and not just provide me with referrals so my specialists can do everything.

Dr. Tak is an excellent doctor. He has a great bedside manner and is very thorough. He took care of my mom during a recent medical emergency. He drilled down into the details and had a masterful grasp of the big picture. He quickly and effectively organized and drove the team of dr’s (specialist) who diagnosed and treated her at the Orlando Health Health Center Hospital. This is one of the best medical experiences we have had. Would highly recommend Dr. Tak!

I’m appalled at the negative reviews here. The one patient sounds like she is looking for a social club, not a doctors office. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Tak for many years. We have always found him and his staff to be highly competent and courteous. The wait time is always reasonable. If an occasional visit requires a longer wait, it’s because he has patients ahead of you and takes time to talk to them about their health issues and questions, unlike many doctors who are in a hurry to ring the cash register. I highly recommend Dr. Tak and his staff.

DR. RAVINDRA TAK IS THE WORST!!!

I have had Dr. Ravindra Tak as my doctor for over a year now and today was the last day I will ever step foot in his office. The staff working at his Ocoee office are completely rude! The women are not very friendly and welcoming. Every time I had an appointment, I would have to wait approximately 20-30 minutes to see Dr. Tak because he would take forever to come into the patient room. When he finally entered the room, he would always have a dull expression on his face. I have always felt he hated doing his job. If you want to ever see him smile, look at his picture on the wall in the waiting room. That is the most "human like" expression your going to get. My experience with Dr. Ravindra Tak and the Physician Associates, Ocoee office was a overall terrible experience.

My first visit with Dr Tak office. I went for a wellness exam and ended up with a office visit bill of $95.36 and was told it was a follow up. (My first visit to office new patient ) Plus I had to do so many tests from Quest that I ended up with a bill of $115 for blood work which was supposed to be routine. When I called the billing dept they told me to call the office dep manager Anna , who told me when I went to the office with an attitude I choose to come see Dr Taz with an attitude and told me she could not help me with my billing . They also billed my insurance for 2 immunisation when I only had a flu shot.I called a week ago to have my flu shot record fax to me the receptionist was rude and hang up on me.. At my visit I should of seen the signs. I was given another patient record and was told to see a neurologist because I was having memory problems. That's when I started asking questions to the NA. And was told I was given the wrong paper work... Don't know much about this Dr and his staff but by what little experience I had I will not be going to this office again..My first and last visit with Dr Taz and his staff.. Wish I had seen this site before my husband made the appointment.

Dr Tak is AWESOME. His staff and office is very professional and courteous. Hes straight to the point but answers all questions very thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Dr Tak is ok but very monotone and doesn't seem to really listen to your concerns. His bedside manner is not very comforting. Seems like he just wants to be in and out
