Recently,
I experienced, what I thought was a sugar drop past low(in the Red)Danger zone.
And I was trying to eat candy bars and sweets to raise it back up,
Turns out that,
I arrived at Orlando health hospital,
On wich I assumed it be a long wait till I'm called.
But,impressively, that was not the case!.
I was rush back immediately!.
So,the immediately poked me to test my blood for sugar.
Turn out, that because I wear a censor on my arm ,that monitors my sugar level through my phone happened to be damaged(wich in terms giving wrong readings).
And because the wrong readings,telling me I was low,I made it worst by eating too much chocolate,when it was not needed.
Anyways,the hospital was great.
The showed me love and care!.
And we're all truly focused on me getting better!.
I was out of there in about 2/3 hours!.
Thanks Orlando Health!!!!.

My husband and myself had a terrible er visit thanks to the night staff March 22, 2025. I have reached out to the hospital multiple times as well as my husband to try to speak to someone about our experience with a completely unprofessional nurse that did not want to do her job as well as the doctor that came in for literally 1 minute to speak to him, with no response. This nurse was so unprofessional and rude to the point I recorded her while she was in our room. When I let her know I was recording her, she got even more upset, tried not to let us leave the hospital since nothing they were doing was doing anything but making his pain worse until security made it clear to her that we were allowed to leave. I also had a hospital stay where I had terrible night nurses but during the day, the nurses were amazing. I'm hoping the right person sees this and returns mine or his phone calls.

They took really good care of me all of my nurses, especially Marshall was incredibly empathetic, professional and great at their job and they were great to have conversations with. I will definitely recommend going to the Health Central ER if they are the ones taking care of me.

I can admit I was scared when they said they were taking me to health central because of the name people have given it (Death Central). I was feeling to bad to complain..I just prayed and asked God to send me some caring nurses and physicians..and he did, just that. The good thing was no matter how long it took I just wanted to know exactly what was wrong with me and I did thanks to the staff at HEALTH CENTRAL.

I am writing to express my sincere disappointment regarding my recent experience at Orlando Health, specifically with Devon at the reception. From the moment I arrived with my grandson, I was taken aback by his smug and rude demeanor. Instead of providing the compassionate care one would expect in a healthcare setting, he spoke to me as if I were a child, which felt incredibly disrespectful. When I attempted to explain my grandson’s situation, Devon interrupted me to inform me that he was already aware of my grandson’s prior symptoms because he had read the chart. This left me confused and frustrated; it felt as though he was dismissing my concerns rather than genuinely listening. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also made me feel belittled, as if wearing scrubs granted him a sense of superiority over patients and their families. This experience was very off-putting, especially during an emergency when I needed support and understanding. I regret not seeking care elsewhere, but unfortunately, I felt I had no choice at that moment. I hope that Orlando Health addresses this issue, as patients deserve to be treated with respect and empathy, not self righteous individuals only there for a check! Once taken back to see the other staff, we were treated kindly.
