My experience with Elite Spine & Orthopedics and Dr. Victor Hayes was without a doubt the most professional, impressive, positive for me! Dr. Hayes is passionate about your concerns and gives you options than can improve your pain allowing you to make the decision you feel is best for you. He is a perfectionist in his work, admired and highly respected by all. On a scale from 1-10, he rates 100! In closing I have to include his amazing staff, Autumn, Stacy and the many other staff members! Outstanding!!

Dr.Hayes is heaven sent. He is a miracle worker, I wish I listened to him 3 years ago when he told me only surgery would fix my back. I was so scared to do surgery for only being a 28 year old so I saw other people and did exactly what Dr Hayes told me not to do because it wouldn’t work.he was 1000% correct nothing worked so I went back to Dr. Hayes he did the surgery so far going on 6months and I feel brand new. I refuse to ever see any other doctor other than Hayes. He truly cares about you & definitely is very knowledgeable in what he does. I thank you a million times for fixing me & taking really good care of me. I will forever recommend you. Thank you again for being the best surgeon & caring. You were the definition of heaven sent. Highly recommend Dr.Hayes and his staff they’re all phenomenal!!!

I'm forever grateful for Dr. Hayes and his exceptional team! Following a life-altering incident, I found myself in their care, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the warm and welcoming office staff to the skilled nurses and Dr. Hayes himself, every interaction had been outstanding.

Initially, I was nervous and scared, but they quickly put me at ease. Dr. Hayes assured me I was in good hands, and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. Special mentions go to the receptionist and then Casey, Dr. Hayes, Donnie, and Tracy and home health -Derick who all went above and beyond.

Tracy's pre-surgery conversation calmed my anxieties and provided invaluable reassurance. Dr. Hayes is truly exceptional – his expertise, compassion, and kindness inspired unwavering trust.

I came in for hand pain and did not want to do surgery. Dr Donovan was great and did try to keep me from having surgery but the pain was worse and going in to my forearm so DR D said we need to have surgery. Did was great explaining the process and made me feel very comfortable with the surgery. My post op visit was with Michael and he was wonderful he explained everything that was going on with my arm and my hand and removed stitches. Thank you to Dr Donovan and his team for the excellent care

Hands down the best place ever!!!! They saved my life. In November of 2023 I started having a lot of back pain and when to see several different Doctors. Every Dr. had something different that they wanted to do. With my Insurance, they would not cover any surgeries without doing the list of things. The last couple of months, I could barely walk, sleep, I had to walk my house all night long in pain. I meet Dr. Hayes and his staff and within the 1st appointment he told me what I had to do to get the insurance Company to cover it. The staff was so helpful with all of the paper work and I finally had a schedule date for surgery. I had my 10 day follow up yesterday and I can sit, drive, sleep and walk again. Dr. Hayes, Thank you so much for giving me my life back. I also want to Thank his amazing office staff for helping me thought out the whole process Stacey, Corrie, Tara, Autumn and Donni. Thank you all for giving me my life back. Please call this office and give them a chance if you are having any pain. The Dr. is so down to earth and real.

Very happy to have found them after a few years' battle of back pain and problems. Dr. Hayes and his staff are wonderful!! Dr. Hayes is very thorough. He discussed my issues, reviewed what had been done previously and sketched out a plan! All of the staff rate well on (my 3 p's; professional, polite and pleasant that I use to evaluate all businesses. I can't thank them enough!!
