I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. My son is seen regularly by Dr. Mahmud in rheumatology and he alone is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience.

We just learned about the End Zone and playground today though and I'm so bummed we didn't know about it sooner! I have such a new respect for Kyle Rudolph and the Vikings after having these two places available for us on doctor days.

Every single person we've encountered within this hospital has been so kind and helpful. It's the only hospital we go to that has such a welcoming staff.

I always feel so drained after appointments and blood tests, but these two finds today will make that process easier for all of us.

I cant say enough phenomenal things about this hospital! Let me start on saying James Grace MD is a wonderful doctor. He is super nice and answered all our questions and concerns. He was wonderful to our daughter. He made her feel safe and comfortable everyday. Now with all the nurses there. I can't remember all there names. I wish I could so I could put there name on here. But absolutely wonderful to all of us! The nurses at the hospital were sweet to our daughter, made her laugh at times, made her always feel comfortable, always asked if she needed anything. They were 100% absolutely respectful and wonderful to all of us. The food there was very good considering it's a hospital, usually hospital food doesn't taste good. This hospitals food was actually very good. I actually enjoyed it as well. I highly recommend this hospital for children!!!!! The Urgent Care was amazing too. The doctors and nurses there were great as well. My daughter had nothing but VIP services the whole time she was in the hospital. I appreciate everyone there that helped my daughter. You all did perfect work. They actually care here. I can see everyone loves what they do at this hospital. Thank you to everyone at Health Fairview Hospital Pediatric!!!!!!

Now I wanna say with the Adolescent Mental Health Inpatient Unit. How wonderful they were. Jonathan- Therapist was absolutely incredible!!! He was so nice and has such a good heart. Alex, the Case Manager- was always calling me everyday and making sure my daughter and I needed anything. Or had any questions. I called him at least 2 times a day with questions and concerns. He always, always, talked to me and answered my concerns and got back with me with answers if he didn't have them. He made my daughter laugh all the time. He even made me laugh at times. He is so sweet and amazing to be around. Super fun guy!!!! Dr. Fisher- was super supportive and called me quickly with questions and answers. Plus Dr. V as well did the same. I'm very pleased with the nurses there also. Very pleasant to talk to and be around. Thank you to you all for helping my daughter. She is doing so much better!!! All because of you all. Thank you ? ? ?

They are so amazing here. We brought my daughter to a different M Health ER with what seemed like meningitis. All they did was test for COVID and influenza and give her Tylenol. She was still incredibly sick so I brought her here. They took us seriously and kept her overnight. They actually ran tests and gave her actual medication to help with her unbearable pain. Thankfully it was not meningitis, but they took me seriously and were also concerned about meningitis. I won't take my kids anywhere else.

Nurses were great! The physician was disappointing. Doctor missed an obvious diagnosis. My child was seen, tested for 1 thing and dismissed with shrugged shoulders. Three days later she was still very ill. After 15 minutes at a local clinic, the doctor promptly, competently, and accurately diagnosed her. This should have and could have been diagnosed quicker and her pain prevented.

Dr. Ambrose and Briane Lunser are two of the most wonderful people on this planet. They have been so kind and compassionate toward us as we navigate a difficult time. Pediatric Cardiology is top notch here and we greatly value their input. Thank you again

Best experience we’ve ever witnessed. Staff on the fourth floor from housekeeping to nurses and doctors beyond excellent. Very professionals and experienced. Thank you is not enough to the service they had performed on my son.

The staff was OUTSTANDING and went above and beyond. The nurses & midwives made me feel supported and cared for, respected my birth preferences and did a TON of comfort measures to help make labor & delivery as comfortable as possible (including massages, position changes, helping me use a birth ball & peanut ball, guided pushing when I requested). My labor, from start to finish, was 5 hours, and I can say it was a positive, loving & intense experience. I felt like the staff wasn't pushing interventions and was patient in explaining things to me.

My midwives were: Natalie Jacobson-Dunlop & Andrea King. What a difference it makes to have people in the room who are on your side, positive, encouraging and respectful. My labor nurses were: Brittany & Mary (the BEST).

Postpartum care was also excellent, with helpful lactation consultants, nurses & pediatricians coming in frequently to provide support & coaching around newborn care (which we 100% needed as first time parents).

I cannot imagine a better labor, delivery & postpartum hospital. If I could give it 10 stars out of 5, I would!

The Emergency Department staff was incredible. My 2 year old needed stitches and they made the experience as painless as possible for us. They explained and asked for my consent before anything was done. Consent should be mandatory, but it's often skipped. I really appreciated the care my child received.
