This may be long but so has my chronic illness of MS. Over 20 yrs in and out of several medical offices and specialists. I did everything humanly possible to avoid them after so many disappointing visits. I never felt seen or heard by any of them. I realize my case is difficult 😞 so I got to the point I just suffered at home. Went through many relapses and this last one I barely got through alive. We decided to find a place that could get to know me and my case just for the reason to hopefully advocate for me if I did end up in the hospital. Because of my insurance I had a small window. I had my doubts but I made the appointment. I roll in alongside my husband and was instantly met with warm genuine smiles. Jessica 😍 is just phenomenal. I am not feeling well and I’m just mentally and physically wore down from this current relapse. I hated that I couldn’t match their pleasant energy but I tried. I looked over at my husband and asked him if this is real!! Is this really happening?! I was being seen and heard for the first time 🥰. The whole office was amazing to me. Yes I’m still shocked and I know that sounds sad but I’m so grateful right now. I got to see Dr. Manni (Manuel). He has amazing bedside manners. He looks right at you and listens 🙌🏻🙌🏻
To the staff at this 1720 office please know it’s been a very long hard road for this gal but I finally feel safe with my care with you guys. 🫂❤️

After self diagnosing myself for two weeks with a cold and sinus congestion I woke up this morning coughing with a very scary tight chest. I thought I had self diagnosed myself into pneumonia. I went to this walk in clinic and expressed my fear of pneumonia. I was greeted kindly and with concern during my front office check in. I used the iPad check in which was clear and concise. After check in I was fortunate to be called quickly into the exam room where a very kind and capable person checked my temperature etc. I was quickly visited by a very kind and capable nurse practitioner who checked my vitals and reassured me that my lungs were clear. I was advised to take a course of antibiotics and over the counter cough syrup. I was so grateful for the kind and swift care in this impeccably clean office. Thank you so much Millennium for such kind caring services.

I went there this week after Being diagnosed with a torn rotator cuff at an urgent care. Unfortunately, I have an HMO and I cannot get into my orthopedic doctor without a referral from my primary care who cannot see me for a month. When I called my primary care, I was told to go to this walk-in clinic and that they could give me the referral that I needed. When I got to the clinic, I was told that the only way they would give me a referral was if I did not use my insurance and instead was a self-pay. I felt like it was a shakedown. No insurance means no contracted prices and I was at their mercy for pricing plus WTH? I have insurance and they take it. Why self pay or no referral. Something is off.
