Had the go In and get stitches, and have to say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at an urgent care , or emergency hospital I have ever had. They got me in fast. The nurse was very friendly, Dr. Becker was awesome. She very friendly and talkative. Made me feel comfortable and at ease, making whole experiences as enjoyable as can be when getting stitched up.

I have had the worst experience(s) of my life with healthcare, because of HealthPartners. They lie constantly about what is and isn’t covered, multiple times my care coordinator has told me verbatim, that the care I need is covered, only to be billed later on because of some loophole. It’s truly disgusting how they steal your money. When I was on the states free/discount health insurance I received better care than I ever did with HealthPartners.

Avoid !

Fantastic clinic. Caring staff of nurses, Dr’s and admin staff. I’ve been a patient here for 40 years. Their Urgent Care team is wonderful. Highly recommend! Can’t say enough good things about this place.

The wait time is just too long and not worth it. They put you in the Dr's room and leave you there for over an hour while different healthcare professionals come in and out to ask you the same questions about your condition over and over. I will never go back.

We had a horrible experience with Dr. Vincent. What was supposed to be a simple annual physical checkup became an expensive office visit. We got to know only after receiving the bill in the mail. Completely avoid this clinic and doctor.

I understand the TMD Clinic isn't taking new patients, but the young man on the phone didn't need to be so rude about it. Blessing in disguise I guess.

Whatever you do, DO NOT go to this urgent care. You will be checked in, put into a room and be left in there for 3 hours. (after the initial 2-3 hour wait at the lobby) No one will even check on you in the room, no nurse, NO ONE. I had to walk out the nurse office to find someone, all she said was “Sit tight”. Employees are VERY RUDE. You’d be surprised this is an actual Urgent Care. If you’re sick, you’re better off calling your primary doctor. I would seriously give 0 stars if that was option
