You guys are GREAT.
It saddens me to know that will be my last visit as I’m turning 65 and will be on Medicare and picking Optimum health coverage, Dr Polonio does not take that. I will have to find another provider 😔
Don’t want to but having to pick a plan in my budget is what’s making me unable to keep him as my primary physician. Will miss everyone there. Was always greeted with smiles and care. Maybe in another year I can switch to a different plan or maybe advent health will pick up Optimum. Thank you for caring for me.

All of the staff are exceedingly polite and efficient. The nursing assistant, Marian, provided friendly, personalized care rather than making me feel like just one more name on a list. I always leave feeling pleasantly surprised at how well they treat patients here.

I visited this facility on 11/12/2024 for a primary doctor visit. This was my first time at the facility. The staff who oversee the initial check-in on the 1st floor were knowledgeable and courteous. The nice thing about the facility is it has X-ray, lab and Doctor office all in one location. Extremely new, modern and safe facility. I saw my doctor and then was able to go to X-ray and have this portion done without an appointment. The only disappointment was the lab did not take my BCBS insurance so I could not do the needed lab work there. Angela and Dr Polonio were both great and assisted me in getting ready for an upcoming knee surgery.

I’ve been seeing Dr Rajani Shah for over 5 years. I’m very pleased with the service she provides. She is thorough, answers all your questions and you never feel rushed with her. Her staff is also wonderful, specifically her nurse, Kim. She too, answers your questions and doesn’t make you feel rushed. Both have an excellent bedside manner. I’m so glad a friend recommended Dr Shah to me!

Had my first appointment with them yesterday and I have to say Marian who took all my vitals was the nicest woman and very informative! What a pleasant lady. I am so thankful to have found this place and look forward to being a patient with them for a long time. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable on my first visit!

I was scheduled for a mammogram today and received several reminders for this. When I showed up at the correct time I was told they had could not find an appointment for me. Now I am trying to reschedule- hoping to have better luck this time.

Dr. Polonio is exceptional! He is highly knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manners. I always feel well cared for, never rushed, and leave with a clear understanding of my plan of care. His medical assistant, Angelina, is consistently friendly and supportive. The convenience of online scheduling and messaging adds to the overall outstanding experience at this office!

Dr. Rajani Shah and her assistant Kim are always caring and attentive. Each one listens carefully My husband and I have been with Dr. Shah for about 2 decades. We have followed her from New Tampa, to Wesley Chapel, back to New Tampa and now in Land O Lakes. She is the finest primary care doctor we’ve ever had. There is an endless amount of praise I’d give her, Kim and the Advent staff. Thank you for all you do.
