5 Stars! I had my in-person consultation and can say that everything from the phone and video interactions has shined through in the personal interactions. Everyone in the office is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I arrived quite early for my appointment and they were great at seeing me before my appointment time, so I was in and out before my scheduled time! Both Dr. Adams and his staff answered all my questions, provided a clear and concise plan, and were 100% professional. The front desk staff were very quick and efficient in applying my insurance and my out of pocket ended up being much less than I had expected. I am looking forward to my surgery and can tell that it will be a good experience.

Even though I've only had a few phone call interactions with the office so far, everyone I've talked to were very professional, courteous, helpful, friendly, and considerate. Sam is AMAZING!! After every appointment with her, I feel so good in my skin and a lot more confident. The diamond glow facial just enhances my confidence and always makes me feel refreshed and glowing. I always look forward to my next appointment and recommend them to all of my friends and family. 15 out of 10 every time!! Plus, they gave me a little house warming gift for me and my pup, it really doesn’t get any more welcoming than that!

I have had two procedures at CFPS over the last 3 years. I would choose them again and again. Dr Adams, Molly, and the entire staff always made me feel heard. The customer service is World Class. They provide extra special touches that really elevate your experience. We are so fortunate to have a business like Center for Plastic Surgery right here in Fargo/Moorhead. I would expect to have to travel to Minneapolis or Chicago for such an upscale experience. Thank you CFPS!

My experience from start to finish was amazing. Dr. Adam's made sure to answer all my questions and review all my options. His staff at center for plastic surgery was great. Molly was prompt in things I needed for work and all follow up appointments made when I scheduled my surgery was very helpful so I didn't have to worry the day of surgery. The staff at the surgery center were also exceptional. For my 1st time under anesthesia she put all my fears at ease. The process was seamless from check in to discharge! The flowers they sent me home with was icing on the cake! So happy I decided on Dr. Adam's and Center for Plastic Surgery.
