I have used the services of Monroe Regional Home Care agency for years, right now I receive nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapy. I am so super pleased with them. A bunch of GREAT staff members, all friendly, knowledgeable and informative. If more stars were available, I’d give all possible. When visiting and they see I have a need, they do it. Like once I took my insulin without eating and the PT made me a snack before our session. Once, a nurse visited and I wasn’t doing well, she called ambulance and the stayed with my grandchildren until other grandmother came to get them. They call me regularly to see how I’m doing. Reassure me they’re there 24-7. When I go into hospital or a rehab facility, someone always visits at least once. Interacts with not just me but my family too. I cannot say enough good things about Monroe Regional Home Care. Answers all my questions. I would and do happily refer them to other people. My family and I are beginning to think about 16-24 hour in-home day care or Assisted Living service. Monroe Regional Home Care is my definite first choice.

I would fire them if I could. I am on IV antibiotics and they were supposed to draw a trough vancomycin level this AM. They never showed, and they did not call. I now have two doses of antibiotics left, but the infusion company will not deliver more until they have the lab results. I called the "Director" of Munroe Regional Health Care." Her attitude was one of indifference and made no effort to rectify the situation. Apparently they have no interest in the well being of their patients...only profits at the patient's expense.!!
